Spencer Lewis was the town bad boy. Him and his groupies were all lucky they had not been sent to juvinile detention centers yet. But they had community service almost every other week.
Spencer did a mock spin in his orange jumpsuit.
"What do ya think Bruce, orange my color?" He smirked. Today he was the only one in charge of cleaning up this damn park and he was not looking forward to it.

Bruce chuckled.
"Totally." He nodded. "Well have fun." He made a face as he examined the park.
"I always find a way." Spencer winked as he shut the door and began picking up trash and putting it into the garbage bag he had with him. Lucky for him, no one ever came to this park.
Well no one usually did. His head snapped up as the leaves rustled in front of him.

Gavin had yet to notice the other man. He was in a hurry to get away, running from the gang members the threatened his life because of some week grudge with his brother. He was not paying attention to where he was going at all, he just ran, and ran, and ran until he couldn't run anymore. He dropped to his knees in the leaves, hassling and gasping for breath. He had been their for a moment when he realized he was not alone. He looked up, his eyes wide and afraid as he backed away from the orange figure, his hand already reaching into his pocket for his pocket knife just in case it was needed.

((Is that okay? Did you want a real person or is Gavin okay?"

Spencer chuckled as he eyed the knife. He'd been in fights before, he'd been jumped, he'd done the jumping, he'd been stabbed. And this knife was just amusing to him.
"Chill kid," He said, pausing to chew his gum. "I ain't gonna hurt ya. You haven't done anything to piss me off. And if I did... that would not stop me." He easily snatched the knife from him with a wink, returning it moments later.
He reached into his pocket and pulled out his butterfly knife, tossing it in the air and catching it.

Gavin was just further freaked out. He continued to back away until his back hit a tree. He stared for a moment before deciding he would have to be tough. He shakily stood up and shrugg off the chilling October air.
"Well good for you....."
He did NOT wanna piss this guy off.

"Look like ya saw a ghost, kid. I ain't that scary am I?" He asked with an amused smirk.

Yes he fucking was a kid and yes this man fucking was that scary.

"I'm callin ya kid cause ya look like one. My age. Maybe a bit older." He shrugged. "Then what's got you so freaked?"

"Ummmm Women scorn?"
He didnt wanna say he was runnign from a gang.

Spencer chuckled.
"So, you're running from a chick?" He raised an eyebrow.

"Hell hath no fury like a women scorn." He grinned weakly. More like man, Gavin was bi, though he didn't know if this man was homophobic and he did not wanna get beat for it.

"Huh..." Spencer trailed off, head tilting to the side. "You into only chicks?" He had what his friends jokingly called a "gaydar." He was usually pretty good at picking gay guys out and he had a feeling bout this one. Not like he had a problem with it. He was bi himself. Gotten jumped for it numerous times.

"Well that depends, ya gonna jump me if I say im bi?"
He was fast, he might could run, or give trying to beat his ass a try.
He would rather not.

"That'd be pretty hypocritical considering I am." He said simply, he'd stopped trying to hide it. He sat down on a large rock.

"Great then im Bi." He fidgetted lightly before plopping back down in the leaves.
"So....What are you doing out here?"

He waved the trash bag.
"Community service. Been out here every weekend for the past three months."

Gavin wore a look of disbelief.
"What in the hell do you do?"

"THat's between me, myself and I." He winked with a chuckle. "If ya really care, I sort of set a building on fire." He shrugged as if this was no big deal. "Not like anyone was inside it at the time. An old warehouse."

Gavin was silent.
"You know that some people live in those places. I have a friend, he has no place to stay so he just lives in those same old wearhouses. You should be careful before you kill someone." He paused. " not only would you kill someone, but you could go to jail or something...."

"I really don't need another lecture." He groaned, laying back on the rock, long hair brushing the grass.

Gavin gave a small pout.
"I am not lecturing you, Hell I dont wanna give a lecture, I get them to fucking much."

"Well it started to sound like one." He once again pulled out his knife and began snapping it open and closed, amusing himself slightly.

Gavin rolled his shoulders as he laid down in the grass. It made him shiver slightly but he liked it.
It seemed he had gotten away.

The gang who had been after Gavin earlier stepped into the park.
"There he is." One guy nodded at Gavin.
Spencer immediately stood. He knew these guys. They were trouble. You thought he was bad? These guys had killed before. Almost killed Spencer once.
His knife was clutched in his right hand, hid behind his back. There were three of these guys and one of him. He knew he couldn't win but he was taking at least one of these assholes.
"What do you want?" He asked, stepping forward.
"You ain't in this Spence. We want him." The man growled, jerking his thumb towards Gavin.
"Yeah I am now. Bad move goin after him. He's my boyfriend." He lied on the spot.
"Oh yeah, forgot you're a faggot." They all laughed and Spencer punched him in the jaw.
"Fuck you." He snarled. He punched the other two before raining down punches on the third. Yes, he was the one to start this fight, that's usually how it was.
He cursed as the fight continued and his knife was snatched away. He tried to get it back but was unsuccessful. He was soon on the losing half. He simply clenched his eyes shut and prayed that they would not kill him. He could take a beating but he wasn't ready to die.
He gasped as the knife was plunged into his stomach. That fucking hurt like a bitch. He groaned, writhing in pain as the guys ran off.

Gavin was petrified, he couldn't move, that is until they were gone and he realized what they had done. He quickly scrambled over to Spencer.
"Oh fuck!" He quickly but gently lifted the other man, he took Spencer's hands and pressed them to his stomach.
"Put pressure on it." He urgged as he started off to the nearest hospital.
"You stupid son of a bitch! Look at what they did to you!"
He was scared, scared to fucking death. This kid could die and it would be ALL HIS FAULT.
He pretended it was raining and those werent tears wetting his cheeks.
