Can't Go On

It'd been almost six years since Quincy and Zac had gotten back together. And things were back to normal...
But that was about to change...
Zac was sitting on the couch when their was a knock on the door. He walked out to it, to find Sydney there, holding the hand of a small, nervous looking child.
"What do you want?" He sneered at her, then he looked down at the child. "Oh, didn't kill that one?"
"He isn't mine." Sydney sighed. "I think he's yours."
"What? No. I have all my babies here."
"His last name is McDaniels."
Zac tensed up.
"Whats' his first name?"
"Jude."
"Oh..."
Shit.
"I found him wandering around outside of my house one night." She shrugged.
"Give him here..." Zac sighed nervously

Quincy was outside in the back, beating the hell out of his punching bag. He had spoken to Jennifer, she refused to tell him anything about his other babies now. He was pissed so he was just taking it out on his work out equipment. Aaron was out side with him, but he wasn't working out like his father, he and Riley were playing football.

"He is yours then?" She asked.
"No shit sherlock." He muttered and closed the door in her face after lifting the young boy.
"So... little guy, I'm your momma..."

Angel stepped into the room, no different then he has always been. Still trusted no one since Brayden and refused to be touched. He had by now cleaned anything metal in the house so much the pain was gone.

Jude smiled up at his mother and cautiously turned to Angel.
"Hi." He waved shyly.

Angel blinked at him, waving as he circled the child.
"Hi." He whispered, his eyes taking the new little boy in.

Jude giggled as he watched Angel.
"Mwomma..." He started. "Where ish daddy? Doesh I have a daddy?" He was smarter for his young age. He was almost six.
"Um... he's outside right now. You can meet him when he comes in." He nodded. Quincy was already angry...

Angel looked at Zac blankly.
"Quincy is mad." He whispered. He didnt call his parents mom and dad, they were Quincy and Zac.

"I know he is Angel." Zac nodded. "I'm going to wait and hope he calms down."

"He wont like it." Angel shrugged and walked off to clean something.

Zac sighed.
He knew this... he sat on the couch with Jude in his lap, staring down at him. The Mark in him was so blatant... those damn eyes...

Quincy came in, storming past Zac like he wasn't there and out the front door. Aaron coming behind him, snickering all the way.
"I think we broke his nose with a football."

Zac groaned.
"So now is not a good time to show him this lil guy?" He stood, Jude in his arms. "Aaron can I talk to you?"

"Depends...Is daddy going to kill me?" He cocked his head to the side, eying the new child closely.

"Not you. Maybe me." Zac sighed. "Aaron... this is my kid... but it aint' your daddy's..."

"Awww momma damnit. He is going to kill someone and it had better not be me...Might be that kid." He crossed his arms.

"No. He won't touch him..." He sighed, looking down at Jude. "Not like I was looking for him. Sydney brought him here. What am I supposed to do? Turn him away?"

"If you want a husband you will....He wont like it momma...He wont have a daddy...He will have a man who hates him but deals with him and hardly that."

Zac sighed, looking heartbrokenly down at the child.
"Then... i'm just gonna have to be the best damn momma I can won't I?"

"Momma your serious!?" He looked at the child with disgust. "Its not worth it." He was not Zac's. he was Quincy's....He was for his father.

"I can't just make him leave! He has no where to go... it isn't safe out there..." Zac sighed, hugging Jude.

"Oh fuck this, im leaving then. You can fuck my dad up but im not going to sit here and watch." He growled at the child, hate clear in his eyes.

Jude whimpered at him.
Zac made a face similar to the one Jude was wearing.
"Aaron.. god please don't... I'm begging you... Don't... if you were a mommy or daddy you'd understand. Now that I know hes out there... I can't turn him away.."

"Well im not so too damn bad." He stomped up the stairs. Riley stepped in and looked at him.
"Aaron? Where ya goin?"
"Im leaving!!!"
Riley blinked, frowning like he had been stung.

And Jude was bawling.
Zac cursed lightly and began trying to calm him.
"Shhh, baby its okay. Shh, mommas here." He cooed
