Angel stared at his lover wide eyed, backing away slowly. He had just refused Gabriel sex once again.
It had been a whole year.
Gabriel was pissed....
Quincy stared at a note in his hand, his son had written it to him
It simply explained Zac was divorcing him and they were running away together.
What in the fuck?

Yes, GAbriel Johnson was very pissed. He needed his sex. A year without it? Hell no... he could not take it. It seemed a reflex as his knee lifted, hitting the boy hard in the gut.

Angel just squeezed his eyes shut, falling down and curling up, hugging his stomach tightly, trying to protect it. He was crying softly but he was not worried.
Gabriel loved him.
He would never do anything too bad...
Quincy sat on his couch, shock just now setting in.
His precious....

Then Gabriel's fist came down on the boy's fragile face. It was just a punch but GAbriel really was too strong for his own good....

Indeed he was.
Gabriel shattered the boys skull, breaking through and landing deep inside the boys head.
Angel's eyes were large, the last thing he heard was someone screaming.
Never did realize it was him.

Gabriel gasped as he realized he'd killed the boy.
He saw that certain spark fade in the boy's eyes and... he just had that feeling...
Angel was not going to come back...

And he didn't.
Angel Johnson was gone, and he never did open his eyes again. The boy left behind his two kids, a grand child, a husband, brothers and sisters, and a broken Father.
Yes Quincy was dying.
No Zac...
His baby dead...

Gabriel didn't know what to do...
His Angel... He'd killed him...
He ran from the home, not knowing where he was going, just letting his feet carry him until he arrived at the McDaniel's house...
He cursed himself as tears blurred his vision. Why the hel had he come here?

Either way the man was welcomed. The kids were out and Quincy was just sitting there, tears slowly making their way down his cheeks.
His Precious was..
Gone.

Gabriel stood on the front porch, his finger on the doorbell but he could not seem to get himself to push it.
Quincy would probably be pissed at him... not wanting to comfort him.
But... he'd said he cared...
Suddenly, one of his sobs made his finger press harder than he meant to on the doorbell, making it ring through the home.
He cursed, consideirng doing a ding dong ditch... but he decided against it and stayed there, his head hung.

Quincy slowly made his way to the door, only because he hoped...maybe it was Zac.
He opened it to see Gabriel.
"Gabe?..."

"I-I killed angel..." He glanced up at Quincy with puffy, tearfilled eyes.

Quincy took a moment before he understood.
He should be mad but...
Angel knew it was going to happen...He accepted it a long time ago...
Angel loved Gabriel so...
Gabriel nodded, opening his arm and roughly tugging Gabriel into them, pressing him close.
"Shh....?"

Gabriel was a bit shocked but... he cried into Quincy's shoulder.
"He ain't comin back..."

"I know baby....I realize that..." Quincy nodded, he moved, easily lifting Gabriel in his arms and carrying him inside, sitting on the couch and just holding him.

"I didn't mean to..." The large man bawled like a small child.

"Shhh. I know Gabriel...Its okay, he knew it was coming, he loves you...its okay baby." Quincy rocked him lightly, his arms wound tight around the large man.

Gabriel didn't even realize it himself really but he had developed a small sort of crush on Quincy, the first man to really care about him... He loved Angel of course though.
"I'm sorry for bothering you.."

"No...Im glad you did....Zac left me today...I didnt know what I was going to do... Now he would put off thinking about it.

Gabriel blinked.
"He left you? I'm sorry..."

"he ran off with my oldest son...Mine and Mikes..." Quincy nodded, stroking Gabriel's hair.

"Oh... that sucks..." He sighed, looking at Quincy. "You're here comforting me when you could probably use it yourself.."

"Baby...I am going to make you feel better. I love you Gabriel, make no mistake about that." He pressed the man close. "Im just happy im not alone."

"Me too... I don't know what I'm going to do without Angel.." He didn't want to turn into that evil person he had been....

"Gabriel...if you need me im right here and I dont want to be alone in this house..."
he would love for company...
Everyone always said.
Misery loved company...
And Quincy did.
