"Dayton..." He chewed his lower lip nervously, smiling softly at the boy, eyeing the scar he had made.

"You...." Dayton frowned. "You here with your fiance?"
He was PISSED.
But so glad to see Joslin....

"Um... yeah.. how did you-?" He brushed a strand of hair out of his face. He used the hand with the large engagement ring on it... the same hand that his bracelet was still on.

"Friend told me." Dayton glared. "You broke a promise."

Joslin sighed and took his hand, pulling him off to the side.
"Dayton... I didn't mean to break my promise... I told you when I was ready for a relationship I'd come to you... I wasn't... he sort of... chased after me until I fell for him." He sighed softly. "I never meant to break my promise..."

"You love him more than you love me?" Dayton let his arms wrap around Joslin.

"Dayton..." He sighed, his arms going around Dayton's neck. "Yes..."
So then why did he just get the urge to kiss Dayton....?

Dayton looked away, his eyes watering lightly.
He should have saw that coming...
He had chased but the boy never gave in...
Yet this man chased and he had Joslin...

"Oh... baby please don't cry..." Joslin frowned deeply, hugging onto the larger boy.

"Fuck off Joslin." Dayton lightly pushed him off, running his fingers through his hair.
He had Sean anyways.

"Okay, since when do you call me Joslin?" He raised an eyebrow. "And do not tell me to fuck off.... I miss you." He sighed.

"Yeah well, I missed you too, and I tell you that since you fucking leave, making promises you dont keep, go off,, fall in love with someone else and I dont even want to think about my Avery." Dayton glared "You can fuck off."

Joslin looked up at him, a few tears welling up in his eyes.
"Okay..." He had told him if when he came back, Dayton hated him it was okay... "Sorry for bugging you then..." He slowly walked away.

Dayton shook his head, grabbing he boys arm.
"Do you know I waited a year to ever touch anyone else? You know I still havent completely moved on because I have waited for your ass while you were with him! You didnt even bother letting me know you were going to come back to me. Do you really expect me to be not mad when im still in love with you and your marrying someone else? The fuck do you expect Jamie...You were my whole word and you knew that...you never even called to tell me it was over..".

"I'm sorryDayton... I... I don't know what to say... I know I was wrong. And I'm sorry, and I'd change it if I could but...I miss you and I love you... I don't want you to hate me..." He hung his head like a scolded child.

"I love you too much to hate you. I just wanna know why! You put me through hell! And you led me on for fucking years! I wanna know why!"

"I would tell you if I could I just...I don't know why... I didn't mean to Dayton... I lvoe you..." He still wore the engagement ring Dayton had proposed with around a chain on his neck.

"Joslin...Jamie...." Dayton looked away. "Your still so beautiful,...Whoever he is he is fucking lucky" Dayton turned and stepped off, growling to himself.

Joslin reached out and took his wrist.
"Please... at least come see Avery?"

Joslin smiled, leading Dayton over to where Aristotle, Asher, and Chord stood. Avery was curently clinging onto Asher's legs.
"Hand me my kid." Joslin flicked Asher.
"Noooo, I'm stealing him." Asher nodded. Joslin rolled his eyes as Avery hugged onto his mother's legs instead.
"Momma."
joslin smiled, lifting the child up into his arms.
"Hey sweetie, you remember Daddy Day-Day?" He smiled softly at his child who was staring at Dayton hard as if trying to remember.
He nodded slowly. He did not remember much but he remembered this man...

Dayton grinned softly at him, opening his arms.
"Can I hold him?"

"Course." Joslin nodded, handing Avery over.
Avery smiled sweetly at the man, putting a hand on his cheek.
"Hi!"

"Hey Avery baby...Daddy Day-Day missed you."
Chord tensed up,, his eyes narrowing.

Joslin did not notice Chord, his eyes were locked on Dayton, practically in the shape of hearts as he watched the boy with his child.
"You better remember him, kid. He was your first word." Well daddy was, and he had been talking to Dayton while saying it.
Avery giggled lightly.
"I fink I framember him..." He nodded.
