I Will Stand By You Forever

"That was nice Mike." Alex smiled at Mike as he walked back over.

Mike glanced at him and sat down as Alex looked up at his father.
"Hi dad."

"Hi Alex." He smiled, although he felt a pang of sadness that he got no response from Mike.

"Ummmm do you wan to sit down?" Alex Jr questioned as his wife leaned her head on his shoulder.

"Sure."Alex sat down. "Whose this lovely young lady?" He smiled

"This is my wife."
She extended her hand. "Hi, im October "
Alex smiled and kissed her cheek

"Oh, hi. I'm Alex, his father." Alex gave her a half hearted smile. His son was married and he hadn't even known. He hadn't been invited to the wedding.

She grinned and giggled. "You two look so much alike....But you have your momma eyes Alex." Alex Jr nodded. "So momma, about the baby's name. You don't mind do ya?"
Mike gave a small smile. "Id be honored."

"You're having a baby. Congratulations." Alex smiled.

October nodded.
"Yes sir we are." Alex put an arm around her as he stared at his mother with a frown.

"That's wonderful." Alex grinned. "Well... I'm gonna go. I'll talk to ya later Alex.... you too Mike..."

"Bye dad."
Mike shook his head. He wouldn't be around as far as he was concerned, not much anyways.

Alex sighed but managed a smile.
"Nice meeting you October." He waved and walked back over to Lane.

Critter looked up and grinned as his husband came back. Sarah was in a chair next to him telling him about Mike and Daffy and wanting to know about Cameron.

"Hey baby." Alex said with a small smile.

"Something the matter Boo?"
Sarah sighed and pecked Critter's cheek before smiling at Alex and going to find Mike. Giving them some privacy.

"Kinda.. but I don't want to let anything ruin today. I'm just being stupid as always."

Critter sighed. "Sweet heart....what is it?"
He needed to know so he could fix it and make his husband happy again.

"Baby, it's our wedding day." Alex smiled. "It's just something stupid. I'm fine."

"Alex baby please, its going to worry me to death if you don't tell me." Critter frowned at his lover.

"Fine. I'm just being a baby cause Mike wouldn't talk to me and... Alex is married and I wasn't even there for the wedding. Hell, I didn't knowhe had a girlfriend."

"Hmmmmm what bothers you more?"
He was going to fix one if not both if possible.

Alex shrugged.
"Both are pretty much the same. But honestly baby its no big deal."

"It is so me Alex. Its bothering you and I need to fix it." He kissed Alex's cheek. "Wanna come or do you wanna stay?"

"I'll stay." Alex sighed.
"Really ya don't have to do this."
