"arm hurts a bit but thats it" answered Frankie looking out the door to make sure Ric didn't come back

Jeff wrapped an arm around Frankie's wait and let him to the trainer's table. "Just let them check it out baby," Jeff said. "For my sake at least?"

Frankie nodded and sat down and let the trainer check it out "whats wrong?" he asked the trainer

Jeff looked up at the trainer, rubbing Frankie's hand gently.

"it's just a sprain he'll be ok by next week" Frankie sighed at least it wasn't worse

Jeff nodded. "As soon as I'm done with my bit with Morgan, I'm taking you back to the hotel," Jeff said.

Frankie sighed "Jeff i can't Ric wants talk to me after the show"

"Ric Flair can go to hell for all I give a damn Frankie," Jeff replied, accent coming through thickly. "You're hurt and you need rest, the man doesn't own you!"

"i know baby but you know how he gets" said Frankie softly

Jeff gritted his teeth. He hated Ric Flair to the depths of his soul. "He puts a hand on you I'll kill him," Jeff half growled. "I mean it."

Frankie grabbed Jeff's hand "baby please be careful you know he's looking for a reason to hurt you"

Jeff snorted. "That old bastard wants a piece of me he can get in line," Jeff said. "I'm tired of him ruling you like you're his fucking slave!"

Frankie shook his head "i know but baby please i don't know want i would do if he hurt you" he begged softly

Jeff's emerald eyes softened in a way they only did for Frankie. He wrapped his arms around the raven haired man's neck. "Darlin," Jeff drawled softly. "I love you and it hurts me to see you this way," he said. "If he hurts you, he hurts me too."

Frankie sighed "i know baby, i wish i could just quit"

Jeff shook his head. "This is what you love baby," Jeff said. "Don't let him take that from you."

Frankie looked at Jeff "but what can i do he won't let me out of Fortune"

"We'll find a way out darlin," Jeff murmured. "We'll find a way."

before Frankie could reply he saw Ric heading down the hall "Jeff he's coming you have to go"

Jeff nodded and gave Frankie a quick peck on the lips. "I love you darlin, hang in there," Jeff murmured.

Frankie sighed and nodded he didn't want Jeff to leave

Jeff shot Frankie a sympathetic look and turned to leave. "I'm sorry," he mouthed.

Frankie nodded and braced himself for one of Ric's "talks"

Jeff sighed and went to finish getting ready, it was almost time for him to attack Morgan.
