'Oh wel, Im famous around that house huh?" He smiled at him and tugged on his hand to check on it.

Zac grinned at that smile.
"Infamous really." He smirked. "But hey, thought you didn't want a cutter for a lover? Y'know my grandma used to cut right?"

"Yes but he was my lover, I was `pissed but I worked to try and help him stop. He was something, I loved your grandma to death, my mikey."

Zac raised an eyebrow.
"Y'know that's not really what I heard..." He said

"Oh yeah? What did you hear Zac?" Quincy was pretty sure he knew.

"I heard that you raped him while he was drunk." He said bluntly, automatically scooting away slightly.

"And I did. And I never quite made up for it but my judgment was clouded. I wanted a kid so bad and he was MY lover but he was still so hung up on Alex. I was wrong for that and im sorry for it but I can't change it."

Zca nodded slowly. That didn't make it alright but it made him feel slightly better.
"Well what about what you did to my mother?" He asked softly.

"I was upset and bitter, the first time it happened he was thirteen. I thought about doing more but I didn't. I have since then though. Maybe a week or so after I found out he was pregnant with the kid, your daddy was not with him yet but yeah it was just oral except for that one time. I hate what I did, he was innocent and sweet. Upset as hell because his dad didnt seem like he would want him and Mike was depressed. I took that away from him. I hurt him...."

Zac frowned. What the hell was wrong with him? Quincy was the one who had raped Mike. And molested Kevin. So why did he feel bad for Quincy?
"Well..." He really didn't know what to say...

"Well what? You going to run away from me now? Now like I dont deserve it...."

Zac was indeed scooting farther and farther away. He was slightly frightened.
"I.. I don't know."
He certainly was thinking about it.

He sighed.
"Sorry." He stood and stared home for the night.

Zac stared after him a moment, biting down on his lip. He cursed as he bit his lip ring, drawing blood.
"Do you have to go?" He spoke up softly.

Quincy stopped dead.
"You dont want me too?"
He was confused by this kid.

"Sort of... I'm complicated." He smiled softly. He really was. "Trust me I'm as confused as you are..."

Quincy sighed but sat back down with him.
"I regret it. I dont change it but I regret it."

"Good. That makes me feel a bit better... doesn't make it better but yeah, you probably don't care what I think so." Zac sighed nodding slowly with a shrug

Quincy shook his head.
"I do care about you kid. I have become a better man then I was."

"I can tell. I just didn't think you seemed like the type to hurt someone like that..." Zac nodded slowly. He could just tell. No one else in his family could see it but he could...

"I wasn't but I got in bad way their for a long time and im just now getting back on track with my own son." He sighed.

Zac nodded slowly. He bent over and laid his pocket knife in the dirt. He was gonna leave it there....
"Well despite what you've done in the past, I'm sure you're a great dad." He gave a small smile.

"I love my little boy, I really do...."
He smiled softly at the knife and then at Zac.
"Thank you...."

Zac gave a genuine smile. That smile was better than any smirk Quincy had given all night.
"You're welcome I guess..."

Quincy discretly poketed the knife.
For some reason he wanted something of Zac.
Whaty was he thinking?
He was fucking crazy.
