Remind Me Again Why I Love You?

AJ sat at the desk in the office of the home he shared with his lover, Christopher Daniels. He was working on sending a reply to an email he'd gotten from a fan recently. He looked up when he heard the front door creak open, he really needed to grease those hinges. He must be home. AJ said to himself. AJ was slightly worried, Chris hadn't looked too well when he'd left that morning. "Darlin' that you?" AJ called.

Christopher coughed softly hopeing that AJ didn't hear it before he answered "Yeah its baby."

"I herd that," said AJ, getting up from his chair, to stand in the door way of the room.

Christopher sighed as he sat his bag down.

"You should've listened to me this morning and stayed home," AJ said.

"I'm fine AJ its just a small cough." Christopher replied.

AJ shook his head. "You know it's more than that, it always is."

"AJ its fine." Christopher said again before before coughing softly.

AJ simply shook his head. He wasn't going to argue.

Christopher just sighed as he went into the living room.

AJ went back to the computer to finish the email.

Christopher sat on the couch and coughed again this time a little harder.

"I heard that," said AJ, shaking his head.

Christopher just sighed again "I'm still fine."

"I still don't believe you," replied AJ.

Christopher just coughed again and shook his head.

AJ shook his head and sighed.

Christopher sighed before curling up on the couch.

AJ finally sent the email and turned off the computer, making his way to the living room.

Christopher had almost fallen asleep when he coughed again.
