"Why are you so against it? Dont think Ill take care of you or something? Joslin..." He sighed softly.

"I'm.. Chord I can't chance being broken again." He sighed.

"So don't, im not a chance. Im the real deal, im your...Im yours and im here and if I wasnt going to be here then I would fucking give up on you. Im not, im going to have you one day..."

"Chord..." He looked up into his eyes, his own showed how innocent he used to be.

Chord's fingers gently brushed away hair, holding Joslin's cheek as he bent down and pressed their lips together in a chaste, innocent, loving kiss.

Joslin wrapped his arms around Chord's neck and kissed back lovingly.
"I love you..."

Chord beamed at him, almost ready to cry at hearing those words from him.
"Then don't run....try staying....try believing in me...you love me...I love you...We will be fine...Ill take care of you....you wont ever be hurt again..."

Joslin paused and swallowed hard, sighing before nodding at him.
"OKay Chord..."

This time Chord did cry, it wasnt much but a single tear made its way down his cheek.

Joslin kissed it away, hugging him close.
Avery nudged Bruno.
"Bwuno! It wowked! Dey're in lub!!"

Bruno squealed, hoping up and down in the water with his pudgy little arms around his friends.

Chord didn't know but he was so glad....

Joslin was nervous... he would always be but... he loved Chord... he didn't know why... but he did.

Chord placed kiss after kiss on Joslin's face, his arms tight around the boy's waist.

Joslin wrapped ihs arms around his neck and his legs around his waist and just stayed there, hugging onto him.

"Joslin....Are you....going to be mine and just mine?" Chord asked softly, fearing the answer.

"...yes." Joslin nodded slowly. "Wanna know sometihng...?"

"I wanna know everything if it has something to do with you beautiful." Chord stroked his chair, cooing to him sweetly.

"That guy... he hit me because I called your name when I came instead of his." He sighed,

Chord blinked at him, his eyes wide.

"You really shouldn't go start shit with him... he's big..." He sighed.
