But Angel had been the one to offer his friend in the first place... he should have known what he was getting him into.
"Angel you gonna stay home or come with to the bar?"

"Umm...Ill come." Angel nodded, quickly getting dressed and getting Misery some clothes to slip into.

Gabriel nodded.
"You can sit on a bar stool tonight." He told him. So the other men knew that he was a person tonight, not a slave...

Angel nodded, holding his hand and leaning on his shoulder, watching as his friend was drug into the bar by the collar around his neck.

Gabriel sat down at the bar with Angel by his side and Misery on the floor beside them.
He waited and it wasn't long before men were placing offers. He didn't sell as good as Angel did but he'd just have to deal with that.

Misery was not trying to sell, usually for Rhett he would be sexy for the man and the prices would go high...

Gabriel knew how to sell though. By the end of the night he had ten thousand as his highest bid. It could be higher but it was only the first night after all. He gave Misery off to the man who'd paid and thought nothing more of it.

Angel hugged his lovers arm, watching as the man drug his friend away thrashing and screaming.
Poor Misery...

"He'll be fine. That guys not too bad..." He nodded at Angel.

"Yeah, I have had him." He had been sold to everyone in the bar. "I just feel bad, but I know Misery is used to this. He is alright, just highly pissed off."

Gabriel nodded. The sweetness was wearing off but he wasn't beating on him either.
"He's a bitch to fight with." His punches and kicks were harder to ignore than Angel's.

"Just try getting him when he isnt on a lesh and can really get at you, it hurts like hell. A few of his hits hurt more than some of yours. He is wld when he wants to be."

"He's cute though. He'll sell good." He nodded.

Angel nodded, leaning his head on Gabriel.
"Very cute. And he is really cool if you get to know him,"

"I'm sure he is." He nodded, downing another beer.

"He is, he is comical as fuck too, I love him to death, we grew up together." Angel nodded, he had been the only one to stand up for him against Trever and Rhett.

Gabriel nodded once more and stood.
"Well we're headin home." It was a command. He grufly took Angel's hand and headed out

Angel sighed, following his master home for the night and trying not to think of Misery.

Gabriel got him a bowl of food and put it on the floor along with his old tattered blanket. That was al before he went to bed

Angel sighed, he did what he always did, he ate and left the bowl there before taking his blanket and curling up in his favorite corner.

GAbriel was sprawled out on his bed, the blanket covering everything except for one leg. He looked oddly at peace for himself... When he was sleeping he looekd normal, not like the abusive monster he was when awake.

Angel looked like what he was named for, an Angel when he was asleep. A fallen Angel at that, laying broken on a hard cold floor with the small thin tattered blanket barely covering his tiny body as he shivered under the cold air in the home.

You'd be surprised what ran through Gabriel's mind at night... He'd seen some tramatizing things... So its no surprise he often had trouble sleeping. On certain nights he would get up and wander the home, sometimes stopping just to watch Angel..

And Angel never noticed, many night the boy never sleeped. He suffered with insomnia, the voices were cruel mand loud in his head, reminding him of certain things he wanted to forget. Then when he did sleep he would dream, either having horrible nightmares of dreaming of Gabriel and Brayden.
Misery had somehow stole money from the man who took him home, and by the next morning he was at the bar buying himself drinks and sitting like a person...
Like the person he could be if he did so desire.

Gabriel walked into the bar with Angel, dragging him in on a leash. His mood was more sour than yesterday.
"C'mon. Were going home." He snapped at Misery.
