Dustin nodded, raising his glass and waiting for everyone else to do the same.
"To the Nielsons!"

Everyone followed him in raising their glasses, happy for the new couple.

After a moment Lane stood, his eyes doing a once over at the crowd before he cleared his throat.
"I have spent the day convincing a friend of mine of my love for my current boyfriend. An hour ago, he gave me permission to do this." He nodded at Dustin taking Devin's hand and tugging him up, kissing his lips softly before dropping to one knee.

Devin looked completely baffled, his jaw dropping and his eyes wide as he watched his lover.
"L-Lane what are you doing...?"

Lane looked up at him, rolling his eyes before letting out a chuckle in his deep voice.
"Im hunting for ants on the floor."
He reached into his coat pocked and pulled out a small black box, flipping it open and glancing at the ring. It was a small ring, small diamonds frosting it like a vine twisting around the ring, leaving room for a large diamond, the white rock shining with the pride of the man who bought it.
It was custom made...
"Devin Paris Riley-McDaniels." He started, playfully taking a breath before continuing. "I love you. I am done with the life I lead, and the other man I have loved. You put the pieces of my heart back together and I only think its fair now that you get to keep it. You marry me, Devin, and ill make you the happiest man on earth." Lane promised.

Devin covered his face for a minute before pulling his hands away and nodding.
"Y-yes..." He wasn't going to be all girly and start bawling.....

He tackled Lane to the floor in a hug, a single tear dripping down his cheek
"Yes!"

Lane laughed softly, laying back on the floor and holding Devin to his chest.
Dustin watched with a small smile, knowing his friend would take good care of his baby boy.

Devin just now remembered everyone was watching them. He blushed lightly and stood, straightening his clothes before pulling Lane up with a smile.

Lane chuckled, his arms winding around Devin's waist.
"Shhh." His breath was hot against Devin's ear.
"Let em look boo."

Devin leaned into his FIANCE'S chest with a grin.
"We're getting married..." He hummed.

"Sure are." He kissed the back of Devin's hand and slid the ring onto his finger.
Dewayne, although still pissed, began to clap for his brother.

Everyone else joined in, clapping for the next couple who would marry.

Riley sighed softly and leaned his head on Lance's shoulder.
"Dont worry....Our time will come..." He whispered softly.

Lance smiled softly and nodded.
"Don't feel rushed..." Cade better not propose to Kelton... he didn't wanna be last...

Kelton though didnt know if Cade would ever propose to him...
"I know.....Juth know ith coming."

"Okay babe..." Lance kissed his cheek.

Kelton leaned on his boyfriends shoulder.
"Me and you going to wait until we get married to...you know...I mean if we ever..." He trailed off.

Cade smiled and nodded.
"I gotcha..."

Kelton giggled lightly kissing his cheek.
"Im not wanting to rush or anything im just.....yeah..."

Cade chuckled.
"Its alright babe... I won't rush..." He nodded.

Even if Dustin was alive he wouldnt walk Kelton down the isle....

So maybe it was a good thing Cade wouldn't propose until Dustin was dead.... because that would cause a hell of a lot of problems.
