Never Fear My Dear, Trever's Here

Trever sat it back on the table.
"So...You alright?"

"Yes.... somewhat." He shrugged, nuzzling Trever's neck.

Trever nodded, stroking Toni's hair.
"You would be a good momma."

"think so...?" He asked hopefully.

"Yes...I do. A much better momma than I ever had." He hummed softly. He had killed his.

"What was your momma like?" He asked curiously.

"She was good to my brother...really good..." He nodded to Toni. " She was different with me, I guess maybe she had just learned more after having Rhett. My dad was always pissed at me for something so he told her not to listen to me or take care of me like I needed and hse listened. She fed me and thats about it. SHe I guess she loved me but still...she let him tell her not to help and I was a kid...I couldnt help myself...."

"Oh..." He frowned, kissing Trever's cheek lightly. "I was taken from my momma when I was two. I dont remember her well. Just what she looked like." He shrugged.

"She made a beautiful baby boy..." Trever hugged Toni tight.
"Im not good but ill take care of you."

"You're good sometimes..." He nodded.

"Sometimes, in a year I can get you where you will be taken care of ALL the time." He sighed softly.

Toni also sighed, shaking his head.
"Yeah.."

Trever said nothing back to that, he didnt want to lose Toni but he couldnt stop.

Toni was upset with himself.
How stupid was he that even though Trever could offer him a home of his own where he would be completely safe... he wanted to stay here and get abused, cut up...

Trever was convinced he wanted to leave as soon as he could, that made every moment all the more special.

"Trever...have you ever loved anyoen?" Toni asked innocently

Trever shook his head, humming lightly.
"Maybe Rhett loves me, thats about it."

Toni nodded, deciding against saying he loved Trever just yet. Not until he was positive.
No one had ever loved him. Well if they did they sure as hell hadn't said anything.

But Trever did, he already knew that, He was just waiting to tell the boy, waiting until he felt the time was right...

Toni buried his head in Trever's chest and soon fell asleep, smiling sweetly.

Trever kissed his forehead, looking down at him.
He was in love...

Toni's hand held Trever's in his sleep, snoring peacefully, grinning.

Trever kissed Toni's hand.
He let himself drift off, already having Toni on his mind.

Toni dreamt of Trever that night. He never dreamed really. This was his first dream in a while.
In the dream he was in a beautiful white tux, his hair all fancy. Rhett's arm was hooked through his own as the large man led him down the aisle where Trever was waiting in a tux of his own.
Toni shook his head as he woke up in the middle of the night, shaking the dream out of his mind. Trever marry him?
Ridiculous.

Trever was a light sleeper, but he didnt wake, he was smiling....
He was dreaming...
"Love you...." He mumbled, flipping over in the bed and pulling a pillow over his face.
