Gabriel rolled his eyes and thumped Riley in the ear.

Gabriel stood, looking over everything, he was a picky eater, he stayed skinny, he would gain a bit after he died, but as he progressively got worse and died he shed pounds at a time.

Calvin didn't like how small Gabriel was, how unhealthy. But he didn't say anything, he knew the boy couldn't help it.

Yes, Gabriel was the kind of tiny Sean had wanted to be when he was starving himself. Gabriel didn't like it but his medicines and his constant stomach aches...they left no room for weight gain.
