Dayton beamed at him
"I remember you, I love you and your momma very much."
Chord growled lightly, Aristotle taking Asher's hand and backing away.

Asher seemed shocked at his friend. He never thought he'd see the day where Joslin looked at another guy like that with his whole hatred of cheating. Now, he wasn't touching the guy but still...
Avery grinned at the man.
"Then I love you too!" He nodded happily.

Dayton chuckled, looking at Joslin.
"Jamie, im stealing this child back and you cannot stop me." He cradled the boy close.
Chord waited for Joslin to say something about the use of the name Jamie.

But nothing came....
"Nooo, my baby." Joslin chuckled softly.
"I like him!" Avery nodded, hugging onto Dayton.

Chord growled, pulling Avery away from Dayton.
"Just who in the fuck is he?"

Avery whined.
"Daddy." He pouted.
Joslin blinked back at Chord.
"He's an old friend of mine, babe... His name is Dayton."
Asher's eyes bulged. He had never met Dayton but he knew the story, he was the best friend after all.

Dayton pulled Avery back, winking at Chord..
He wanted to kick that guys ass so bad
"And he calls you JAMIE."

"Yes he does..." Joslin nodded, chewing his lower lip. "...And?"

"And I cant?" Chord growled at him, snarling at Dayton.

"He knew me before I changed my name baby..." Not really... but Dayton had said Jamie was his... and Joslin told him only Dayton would ever call him that...

Dayton moved, wrapping an arm around Joslin.
"Jealous?"
"Fuck you." Chord growled.

"Must you antagonize?" Joslin sighed at Dayton but could not help but smile.

"Yes because I want you back." He whispered softly into the boys years

"Babe... I'm engaged." He sighed softly, leaning into Dayton's chest. "Don't worry... you're going to find someone better than me..."

"I dont care if your engaged...Leave em."
And Sean flashed through his mind, sweet loving Sean.
His Sean.
"No, never mind, I already have someone better than you."

"Well then. Who is this lucky boy or girl?" He smiled softly. "I'm glad..."

"Sean." The boy nodded, kissing Averys nose and walking away from Joslin with a deep frown.

"I did not say you could walk away." Joslin whined. "I wanna meet him!!"

"I dont wanna talk to you." Joslin was truly hurt him...

"Babe... I guess we can't stay friends?" He sighed heavily. "At least take this." He jogged up to him, slipping off his necklace with the ring on it, placing it in the palm of his hand.

Dayton shook his head.
"I dont fucking want it, I bought it to ask you to marry me, cant accept mine but there is one on your finger, keep this for whatever you want."

"Dayton..." He sighed. "Keep it, give it to whoever you're with now when you're ready. I'm sory and I wish you weren't mad a tme but I deserve it so... I just want you to know I'm happy for you and I love you." He nodded.

"Im not giving Sean your ring, He deserves one of his own, just for him, I gave you that and you keep the fucking thing, You just fuck off and dont you ever say anything about loving me again.slut." Dayton hissed, turning back and storming off.

A lump formed in his throat. Slut... He had been called a slut so many times before... but it hurt so bad this time. He made his way back to Chord, burying his head in his lover's shoulder, willing hismelf not to cry.

Chord frowned deeply at him.
"Whats going on Joslin?"
