Jeff slept like a drunk rock, up until morning when he felt the commotion next to him. He was tempted to fight him back down to continue with the cuddling and the sleeping. However, he mumbled something and sat up, effectively freeing Mike.

"Ohhh good mornin'." He said sleepily as he rubbed at his blue eyes. He threw his legs over the side of the bed, remembering then that he was in fact, naked. And sore.

His cheeks turned a bright pink as he threw the blankets over himself. "Ahhh, yeah- last night is comin' back to me. A' course ahm naked." He grinned a little. "If... ya'll wanna use the facilities, there's one down the hall. I'll use the one downstairs. If memory serves me right, ah believe ah promised pancakes."

Mike thanked god as he was released, he got up and and not caring he was naked, he was not drunk he knew what they did last night. Mike regretted it though, not the sex but the way he got up, it sent tiny jolts of pin up his spine, he was sore.

After Jeff had informed him of "One down the hall" he was gone. He caught the rest of what he said as he was on his way out.

"You did! I love pancakes!" He hollered to Jeff as he got to the bath room, only almost tripping twice. His bladder was going to burst. Lucky he did get to the bath room though and minutes later he strode out with a relieved sigh. He then got lost momentarily on his way to the kitchen but he found his way.

Jeff blinked as he watched the younger man flee the room. He shook his head a little, chuckling to himself as he went about finding a pair of pants. He found a baggy pair of pajama pants and threw those on before making his way to the other bathroom to clean up. He ran a brush through his messy hair and rinsed out his mouth.

He made his way down to the kitchen, whipping up a quick batch of pancakes. He was just about to pour them on the pan when he looked up to see Mike strolling on into the kitchen naked as the day he was born. He nearly dropped the pan. "Oh mah gawd, Mike!" He stared at him and then grinned. "Ya crazy northerners n' your walkin' 'round in the nude. What will the neighbors think?" He laughed and then it dawned on him. "Oh gawd, what would they think? Ah have nosey neighbors!" He went and quickly shut the curtain on his kitchen window. "There- now ya'll can eat mah pancakes in the nude without havin' to worry about the pryin' eyes of Mrs. Huckabee."

He laughed and shook his head, going back to pouring out his pancakes into the pan, cooking each one until they were perfect on one side. He grabbed up the pan and flipped them expertly in the air, catching them in the pan. Soon enough, he had several of them made. He put them on a plate for Mike, pulling out a bottle of warmed maple syrup out of the microwave. "Hope ya'll like im'. Jeff Jarrett's classic down home chocolate chip pancakes. Take what ya want outta the fridge to drink."

Mike stood there at the door at the entrance to the kitchen and watched Jeff for a moment before his presences became known. Truth to be told he was so relieved to have used the bathroom he didn't even notice he was standing naked in his new lovers kitchen. Mike wasn't sure what the grin was about until he looked down and he was indeed in his birthday suit. A blush climbed his neck and spread out, settling on his cheeks.

Mike's first reaction to Jeff's epiphany about what the neighbors would think was embarrassment as he closed the blinds, it was not normal for Mike to get up and wonder around naked; he had just been in a hurry and being this was not his house he was just a little nervous. Mike gave a small smile as Jeff closed the curtains for him.

Mike was going to go get some clothes on but Jeff had just made him a plate of the delicious looking pancakes and some nice warm maple syrup so in the end he decided he would get dressed later, he was hungry. Mike ventured over to the fridge and took a sec to open it, he had been invited to get what he wanted but it was still not his fridge and he had been raised not to snoop or mess with what did not belong to him but he WAS a grown man so he hesitantly opened it and took out the milk.

Mike stood there for a moment, looking for some glasses when he spotted one near the sink, he washed it out and then sat it by his plate before looking to see if he could find another one for Jeff.

"Jeff, where do you keep everything?" He was sure to get lost doing something or whatever today, he just knew it. Mike felt a breeze and looked up shyly. "And I might need to know how to get back to your room so I can find my pants." He added sheepishly.

"Ooooohhh so ya'll don't normally eat pancakes in the nude? Ah thought it was some crazy northerner trend." He gave him a big grin, Jeff liked to joke. It he wasn't joking or teasing about something, something was seriously wrong.

He went over to the fridge and pulled out a big pitcher of lemonade he made the other day, pouring himself a glass. He made his way back to the table, grabbing his stack of pancakes. He sat down, wincing briefly and sitting rigidly. "Ohhh ahm so dang olllllld." He pouted trying to ease himself into the hard seat of his kitchen chairs. "Ahm buyin' cushions for these dang things."

Jeff grinned a little. "Oh right, ahm sorry. How rude a me! Up above the sink is where the cereal is, by the fridge to the right is the glasses. To the left is all mah plates." He shifted around in the hard seat again, working on cutting up his pancakes. He started to eat, sipping the lemonade he poured for himself.

"Now, the bedroom from here is right up the stairs- its the first door across from the staircase. Can't miss it. ...Did ya'll uhm... sleep well last night?" He asked and for once was a little shy. He normally never did things like this. "You sure did tucker me out. Ah pretty much slept like a drunken rock."

Mike let out a snicker as Jeff sat down in the hard kitchen chairs. Mike had yet to sit down so now he wasn't so sure if he wanted to or not. "Well Jeff, thank you for that little display. I think I might stand while I eat." He grinned at the man who had quickly became his lover in not even twenty four hours.

Mike looked around the kitchen as Jeff explained where everything was. It was not very confusing at all, he was just not very at home here. Nothing against Jeff or the house. The house was very nice and cozy to Mike and Mike also really enjoyed Jeff's company....Among other things.

Mike cursed himself as he felt the fucking blush heating his cheeks, the damn then refused to go the hell away. Even though he was annoyed with himself because if the ever present blush, or the way his stomach flipped around the man he had to laugh.

"Well hell Jeff, you were just a little bit drunk last night. Dontcha think?" Mike thought to himself for a moment, a feeling of guilt settling over him. Had he taken advantage of Jeff in his drunken state? He was not sure but it seemed as if Jeff had wanted it and he didn't seem to regret it, so why worry with it?

Mike simply shrugged it off and took his glass of milk and took a swallow of it before licking his lips, getting ready to devour the scrumptious looking pancakes Jeff had been kind enough to prepare for him.

"Jus' a little bit? Ahm thinkin' you might jus' be actin' kindly to me to spare me mah feelin's. Ah was pretty smashed, an' ah know it. Jus'... please don't think me the type to go to bars, get drunk, and bring people home for a night a pleasure. Ahm not that kinda person." He said looking a bit sheepish.

He pushed around his fork, drawing little designs in the syrup. "Normally... ah don't even get drunk! That's not who ah ahm. I was feelin' a bit down last night n' the booze was tastin' pretty good. The company's not doin' so hot, to be honest- and while it ain't mine anymore, that doesn't mean ah want it to fail! Ah'd be outta a job, and the hell if Vince'll ever hire me back again after the whole 'holding the intercontinental belt hostage' thing." He cleared his throat.

"That wasn't mah best idea but... ah wanted to stick it to him some how. He never gave me a chance to be champion because Austin didn't want to drop it to me." He tapped the fork on the edge of the plate with a sigh. "But! Ahm glad one thing came outta last night that was good.
He smiled at Mike. "Ah suppose we'll have to back peddle a little bit- seein' as how we did things a little outta order." He winked at him. "An' now that ahm sober and able to retain knowledge that doesn't relate to sex, please- tell me about yourself!" He pushed his plate away, propping his elbows up on the table to fold his hands on top of one another looking at Mike curiously.

Mike listed to Jeff ramble, several thoughts running through his head as he did. Mike Mizanin was someone who liked to have a good time but he did not usually have one nights stands, specially with people he admired as much as he did Jeff. He wanted more out of this.

Mike was lost in his thought, he chewed his lip as he always did when he was deep in though and a little nervous. His eyes flicked to Jeff, who was waiting for him to speak. Mike was wondering what to say about himself, maybe he should just tell him what he thought about last night and what he wanted, maybe then he could tell him some of the little things about it. Mike didn't really know where to start but he had to start somewhere.

"Well, for starters, I don't do one night stands. We were backwards last night. I don't know if I took advantage of you, seriously. If I did I apologize." He rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly.

"Anyways, I want to be more that an one night stand so..... I grew up in Ohio, I was the captain of my cross country basket ball team. I love chocolate and horror movies. I like playing guitar, well im learning but I like it." He grinned. "It took me forever to get into the WWE and make a name for myself....last my virginity at seventeen...longest relationship was three years." He racked his brain for more important information.

"I just turned thirty..." He sighed and looked up. "One of my favorite food is now your pancakes." He thought a bit more then shrugged. "Im not the interesting, what about you?"

Jeff waved his hand dismissively. "Aw come on, don't worry about it none. Ah obviously wanted it too, don't forget. There were nooo complaints comin' outta me last night, as you recall." He winked at him playfully, folding his hands under his chin to listen to Mike as he began to explain himself.

"I like Ohio. They have Sheetz there." He grinned a little. "Oh! well- Happy belated birthday, Mike. An' I can relate to havin' a hard start. When I got into the WWF in 1993, I was thinkin' I finally made it big after years workin' for the USWA." He smiled a little sadly and shook his head. "I shoulda known better, Mikey- I was shorter than Bret an' Shawn- there was no way they'd take a chance on me. You are very, very lucky, Mike. Talented young men like yourself are finally able to have a great career and the chance to really shine in the top tier of the company. You're really gonna go places. Too few guys now are the total package. Mic skills and ring skills. You'll really go places." He nodded and smiled big at that.

"I was actually married. Mah wife died a few years ago of cancer. Haven't really started lookin' since then, but ah suppose... it's time to start Mike. Ahm done with being lonely. I think we could be good Mike, so... Ahm thinking we should have our first date now. Ah'd love to go see a movie if you're up for it. ...After we get your truck from the bar parking lot." He snickered.

Mike hummed, thoughts swirling around in his head. He didn't seem like it but he was a thinker and he had a tendency to think way too much about things. His fingers thudded against the counter, a habit of his he had adapted throughout the years or stress and worry. Mike was always worried with his job or whatever, he was just that kind of person but what made him different was that he was able to cut loose and party when he needed to or wanted too.

"You wanna take me out?" He sounded as though he didn't believe it, and really he didn't but he knew that was what Jeff was getting at. He turned his head to stare at Jeff intently, his brows raised, his head tilted slightly to the side.

"And yeah, I need my truck back." Mike hoped he had locked it, there was a big chance he had left it unlocked last night and someone very well could have stole something.

"Yeah ah do. We should go on a date. Ah think it'd be good for us." He smiled a little at that. "We both could use some fun, right? We don't have to go now, or to a movie either if ya have to be some place. Ah like fishin' too- we could always do that." He suggested.

"Heh, sorry. Ah forgot our schedules are a lil' different. Ahm hopin' ahm not keepin' ya from some place that ya have to be." He went over to go get his keys, toying with the little flash light that he had on one of the rings. "I forget not everyone does all their shows in advance. It's nice, but... ah kinda miss the live feel- you know, the spontaneity of a live show..." He trailed off, remembering what it was like during the best of times in the WWF and WCW. He never got to taste northern gold though.

Mike smiled at him and nodded vigorously. "Yeah, we need to have a date..." He listened to Jeff as he listed off a few thing they could do.
"I like fishing." He stated simply, he never got to go but when he did he always had a good time. He was thinking about there date now, it just hung around in his head.

He let his eyes follow his new lover as he spoke. Mike loved the live feel, it was amazing. All the adrenaline pumping through his body. The fan's...even though they usual booed him he loved the hell out of it. There was always the pressure of screwing up but it was worth the thrill. "Yeah, but im sure we can make time for each other some how. And I love live shows and things like that. It never gets old." Mike grinned cheekily.

"Then we'll go fishin'. Ah got this great spot not too far from here that ah love to go to. Ya can catch some real great catfish there. An' ah can show ya how to noodle. ...Whether or not ya wanna do it is up to you however. It's not exactly safe. Fun though!" He said. He couldn't help but grow excited about the thought of a date. It had been forever since he had been on one, and it was always more fun to go on one with a guy. He didn't have to worry about suggesting something that was too 'guy' related.

"Ah really do miss it, Mike. Ah really do. But hey, at least TNA's schedule is good for somethin'. We do a bunch a shows in advance so... ahm off for the majority of the month. We'll jus' have to work around your schedule, so let me know when you're free. Then we'll be fine."

Mike grinned, chuckling softly.
"I haven't been finishing since only God knows when...."
He paused, his head tilted to the side in confusion, he didn't wanna sound stupid but he had idea what a 'noddle' was. Apparently he wasn't the safest thing ever. Mike had been on dates, but most of the time he was too tired to go on a date. He would train all day and then travel. He never seemed to have time for anything but then again he hadn't been trying to make time lately. But now he had a reason to....

He gave a small sigh at Jeff.
"My schedule is sleep, train, eat, train, travel, train, show, and then it starts over. I haven't had time for a date in.....hell I don't know but I'll somehow find time for it. I miss dating."

"It's redneck fishin' by hand. No poles. You, the water, and the fish. Ahm good at it. Got my fair share of bites on my hands from those slimy fuckers, but... it's all good. They heal." He examined his hands briefly and then looked back up to Mike. "Ah miss it too. It's nice to be able to connect with someone on that level again." He picked up his car keys, going over and pecking Mike on the cheek.

"But we'd better go get your truck. Come on." He beckoned for Mike to follow him heading out to his crookedly parked truck. He chuckled at the sight and hopped into the front part of the cab.

Mike stood up and followed him, looking the house over again as he did so. It really was a nice house. He didn't have a home, he had an apartment in L.A. which he was never in. It was bothersome, he missed his small apartment alot. Mike couldn't help but giggle at the crooked truck, get got in and giggled some more. "God Jeff, how drunk were you? You should be ashamed of this." He joked lightly.

He looked out the window as Jeff started the truck. He was still tired, he couldn't believe last night had taken so much out of him. He was young and flexible and pretty damn good in the bed. Jeff was something else though. He chuckled to himself.

"Drunk enough to park diagonally I guess." Jeff laughed and started up the truck. He reached over wordlessly, putting his hand on Mike's thigh. He kissed him full on the lips in a slow, steady kiss. He pulled away, smirking slightly. "Well, if I remember correctly... I had a pretty damn good reason to want to get home so fast." He straightened the pick up back out and headed down the drive way toward downtown to pic up Mike's vehicle.

"We weren't too far from home from the bar anyway. Jus' a couple a blocks." He parked it outside flush against the side walk before hopping out of the cab and jamming his keys into his back pocket. "Do ya remember where ya parked Mike?" In all the confusion of last night he forgot to ask Mike what the hell he was even driving.

The kiss was breath taking, it sent electricity and sparks throughout Mike's entire body, left him nearly begging for more. It seemed that whenever Jeff touched him it was just...Magical. It had been years since he had someone make him feel this way. He wanted to laugh at how the truck looked, parked crooked but he agreed with Jeff one hundred percent, they both had a very good reason to hurry home.

Mike looked around the parking lot, nodding his head. "Yeah, I remember. Unlike someone I wasn't drubnk off my ass. I mean, I don't mean to point and elbows or nothing but..." He elbowed Jeff gently in the side with a small smile. He got out and looked around the parking lot, taking a moment but after a bit of thinking he walked himself straight to his truck. The truck was old, he had gotten it when he was around seventeen and he was twenty nine now. The faded blue paint told the story of years of use and the dents gave hints that Mike either wasn't a good driver or he made mindless mistakes when backing out. It seemed a miracle the thing still worked but Mike had faith in his old truck. He grinned at Jeff and patted the sun heated truck.
"Jeff, meet Debby."

"Debby." He smiled at the name and ran his hand over the side of Mike's old truck. He could relate. He took his lumps when he was a young man driving beaters and cars he had to get out and push to where he was supposed to be going, which well- totally made the point of owning a car null and void. "Mah best friend is named Debby- well, Debra. Ah think we'll get along jus' fine then. It's a fine name." He patted the truck.

"Those are the best kinds, ya know. The ones that stick by you. That prove their loyalty. It wasn't goin' to go anywhere- this is a safe neighborhood." He paused for a moment, chewing on his bottom lip. "Mike, ahm not keepin' ya from your next show ahm ah? What's your schedule?"

Mike nodded, he really did love the old truck, it had been with him through everything. The name Debby was never one he loved it just seemed right. But then again, he felt....Comfortable with Jeff, so he knew they would be just fine together. There wasn't many people he felt at home with. Jeff had become on if them in such a short time.

Mike was silent for a moment, humming as he thought about it.
"I need to be in Dallas in three days...." This place was far away from his destination but he was sure he would make it there. "Don't worry about holding my up Jeff, I know what im doing." He really did,all he had was his career so he made sure to focus on it.

"Unless ya wanted to do somethin' else today. Ahm off for the next couple a days mahself what with the tapin's bein' all set." He waved his hand flippantly. "But ah'd love to show ya 'round the place. Get in mah quality Mikey time before ya'll have to be on your way."

Mike laughed at him, nodding with his bright grin. "I would like to just go out and eat, spend time with you while getting ready to go to my next show. I have to go work out and get my tan." He wiggled his brows. "Everyone expects me to be sexy weather they like me or not." He chuckled.

"I guess I can leave Debby here. I think you said she would be safe. I would have no idea where to go around here." He unlocked the door and pulled it open, crinkling his nose as he sniffed again.
"The hell died in here?" He asked aloud, crawling into his truck and examining it, finally emerging with something in tinfoil, twisted into the shape of a swan.

"I don't think either of us really wants to know what this is...." He jogged over to the nearest trash can and threw the metal bird away, coming with with a sheepish smile.

"Umm...We gotta take yours, I think old Debby here needs to air out." His cheeks were a nice shade of pink, showing his obvious embarrassment.

"Oooohhh. The mystery swan." Jeff made a face. "Well, it happens to the best of us. Ah'd be lyin' if ah said ah didn't leave left overs in mah backseat at times. Bleh. Worst is fish fry. Don't ever leave a fish fry in your backseat." He made a face and waited for Mike to come back from the garbage can.

"Hell yeah, she'll be safe! This a good neighborhood." Jeff shoved his keys into the front pocket of his jeans. "Come on, follow me. We'll get a bite down the road a spell. There's a diner ah love goin' to." He waved for him to follow him. A block or so down the street was the restaurant Jeff was talking about.

Jeff's favorite place was Hattie's, a small locally owned joint with the old black and white tile and tin on the ceiling. The majority of the place was taken up by a large bar, with a few small tables. "Here we are." He held open the door for Mike. "Pick where ya wanna sit."
