What Next?

"Get him out of here!" The doctor who was working on Mike ordered, the hypothermia was bad, if he didn't do something clinical death would happen.

Another doctor took Zack's arm and jerked him out of the room.
"You stay out here or we cant work on him so he goes into Cardiac arrest, suffers clinical death and then becomes brain dead."

Zack growled.
"What the hell am I harming by standing there?!" He didn't understand these stupid fucking doctors.

"You are in the way! We need to be able to fucking move! Now go!" He shoved Zack out the door.

Zack stood directly outside the doorway. He could still see inside.
"I'm out." He grinned.

The doctor shrugged.
"Just watch out, we dont want top hit you with the door."
He went back into the room.

Zack stayed in the doorway watching. He didn't care what anyone did he was not leaving his master alone...

Maryse was pissed by the time she got to the hospital, they had called her and so she had gone and gathered Mike and over night bag of anything he might need. She strutted up to Zack and held out the bag.

Zack snatched the bag away from her with a growl. Fucking whore. He was NOT in the mood. At all.

Maryse rolled her eyes.
"Fuck you okay? Im just here to make sure he is okay. I didnt leave him out in the cold like that, but then again, I would want to freeze to death too if I had to deal with you."
He turned and took a seat in the waiting room.

"Goddamnit! Do you have to fucking ruin everything?! Do you not know how I feel or do you just not fucking care?! Do you not care that you're trying to take away the one thing I'm in love with!?" Zack dug the palms of his hands into his eyes.

"Well you sure seem like you love him. I have known Mike since he started and I have never seen him cry, you have accomplished that, I hope your happy and, he hated hospitals so when he is able....if he is ever able, he will throw a ft to get out of here."
She shrugged and took out her phone.

Zack walked over to her. He stood directly in front of her for a moment, just staring incredulously. Did she really just say that? Any person with common courtesy would apologize.
"Fuck you." He hissed and slapped her across the face. It was not nearly as hard as it could have been but it was something.

She stood up and slapped him back.
"Mother fucker!" She shrieked.
"You do fucking care about him when your out her hitting girls!"

"You are not a lady. You're a fucking bitch. And you deserved that. You deserve much much more but you're lucky I'm not that much of an ass." Zack shrugged calmly.

Maryse shook her head.
"You know what, Mike would be disappointing in you. Im not saying this to be mean, but he wont hit a girl, I seen what he did to your friend. She must be a wimp because he was not trying to hurt her, if he was trying she would be in a room beside him but no, he wanted to scare her. I wont tell him what you just did because that will hurt him. You just need to get the fuck out my face and you need to do it right now." He sat down and crosser he legs. She was the perfect lady.

"Why the hell would I do what you say when you haven't listened to a single word I've said when I tell you to stay the fuck away from my lover." Every word was slow and drawn out, spoken barely above a whisper as he got down inches away from her face.

"Because If I tell Mike you hit me I wont be the one in trouble, you will. He didn't hit your friend, you did hit me. He swore he would not tolerate that, why? Because his father beat his mother to death and he was forced to watch. He wont have that, and you know he is so scary and twisted? I wonder why." She shrugged.

Zack closed his eyes and took a deep breath.
"Maryse, please. Can you not let me try to be happy? Try to make him happy? You're right. I made him cry and I feel awful. But I brought out emotion. He is scary and twisted. That isn't okay. If I made him cry, I'm pretty sure I can make him feel the opposite end of the spectrum too. I could make him actually happy if I give it time. But that can't happen with you flirting with him too. I'm sorry for how I'm acting. I'm not usually a jealous guy so I don't know how to handle it. Don't you want to see if I can help him? It's not normal, how he is. Please, i'm begging you. If you care about him, leave him alone. Stop with the flirting. Let me have a fair shot here please. Let me try and help. Let me try to fix him. Let me try to make him love. ANd if I can't... If I can't, he's yours. Just please." Zack sighed.

Maryse frowned and bit her lip before sighing.
"Does that mean I can't be his friend? I want him to be happy, I want him to have help....But I don't want to just stay away. I can stop flirting but he is my Mikey, I worry about his twisted ass. You made him cry, Okay I know you didn't mean to but that is only making it worse. You can fix him....but I don't want have to be away completely...."

Zack sighed, this was better than nothing.
"Just... stop with all the touching. And the kiss... I think even you knew that was wrong." Zack sighed. "Just stop flirting and trying to get him to come back to your room. I love him alright?"

She pouted but gave a nod.
"I hate to say it but you made him cry, he was crying because you were leaving....he loves you too."

Zack sighed.
"I'll believe it when it comes out of his mouth..." He frowned. "Which I doubt it will. But thank you."

She shrugged.
"You made him cry, you might can make him say it."

"I just wish the jackass would not have let himself freeze to death." Zack sighed. "I need to talk to him. We need to sort things out."

"Well.....Why not? he might be tired of living, he finally got happy and it was just taken away...."
