"Husky....He broke my jaw, I had to go get it wired and for a long time I couldn't eat anything solid. Its better but I still can't eat certain things. It still hurts...well it aches sometimes. And at times It'll still pop and that hurts, I can't talk or anything when it pops, I have to hold it until it feels right again..." Joe sighed and shook his head. "But its okay, the baby is fine, I made sure it was protected....Your baby is fine."

Husky growled and closed his eyes.
"I care about you just as much as the baby." He said through gritted teeth.

Joe cocked his head to the side.
"Husky, I don't see that. I think your just very worried about your baby girl. I will take care of her Husky..."

"Joe, I care about you more than I should. More than you can imagine."

Joe sighed and kissed Husky's cheek.
"I know...."
He cared more about Husky than he should too.

"No, you really don't." Husky gave a half hearted smile.

"Husky....I....I care about you more than I should. Kofi knows...thats why he flipped on me like he did."

"I can't say for sure that you don't. But I can say, you don't care as much as I do. That is a fact. If you did..." If Joe did then he would be with Husky, not Kofi.

"Husky...I owe Kofi, I have been with him for almost four years now. And I cheated on him and he was good enough to take me back, after I had done so wrong. Maybe it would be better if he wouldn't have but right now....I owe him..."
He hated to think that maybe he wanted to leave Kofi, maybe he wanted to leave Kofi and be with Husky.

"Exactly." Husky gave a small fake smile as if to say "see?" Joe did not care for Husky like Husky cared for Joe, and he never would.

"Husky....Don't....I can't leave him..."
If he did Kofi might hurt him, or worse, hurt the baby.

"I know you can't. But thank you for proving my point. It's really fine. Tristan's forcing me to go out with Cody later anyways."

Joe put his head down. That had hurt, he did care....he probably even loved him but he wouldn't say it...he couldn't say that because then that would be admitting it.
"I need to go, I need to go find something to get....see ya." Joe struggled to get off the couch with is bloated belly.

Husky helped him off the couch and to the door. He kissed his forehead and walked back to the couch.
"I love you, goodbye." Husky said as he sat down.

"Love you too...."
Joe quickly left the room and went to find something he could eat with his fragile jaw.

Husky blinked several times. He hadn't expected Joe to say it back... He shook the thoughts out of his head.
Even if Joe did love him, it was not like he loved Kofi.
Tristan came back in the room.
"Ehem! You have an hour until Cody gets here and you are not even dressed!" He exclaimed. Husky rolled his eyes.

Weeks passes with Joe not speaking to Husky. He was at his hotel room with Kofi like normal being he was pregnant and didnt like doing much some days. A pain hit him. He ignored it for a bit before admitting to Kofi and as soon as he did Kofi was packing him a bag and carrying him to the car.

The date with Cody actually went pretty well but it soon became obvious that Husky was too hungover with Joe. They had fucked once but then Cody was pretty nice about it when Husky explained the situation. So he was back to being normal, depressed, alone Husky.

Joe got to the hospital and by now he was screaming because of the pain. But the name he was screaming is what upset Kofi. Joe wasn't calling for him, he was calling for Husky and Kofi just refused to call him, even as they took Joe back to have his C-section. Kofi followed but he would NOT call.

Husky was just sitting at the hotel with Tristan as always. He had no idea what was happening. If he did, he would be incredibly pissed.

Kofi was in the room with his lover and he just couldn't look at him, one look at his face and he would break, he would call Husky. He was doing a good job as ignoring it when Joe weakly reached for his hand and whimpered. "P-Please...." He turned and looked at the tear soaked face of his Joe and he picked up the phone and called Windham.

"Hello?" Husky answered, confused. He was thinking it was probably a wrong number. He didn't recognize the number.

"Its Kofi, Joe is in labor. He is crying for you. We are at the Hells Pass hospital."
You could hear Joe crying for Husky in the background and begging for Kofi to call him.

Husky's heart ached at the sound of Joe calling for him.
The line went dead. Husky was already on his way. He was there within minutes, he drove over the speed limit the whole way there.

Joe was in pain, all he could do was cry and scream as they cut him open. Kofi sat by him and held his hand. They couldn't give him any anesthetics because of the baby.
