Protection

Tucker sighed as he walked out of the locker room to go pick up his daugher. His lover would be angry if was late again. His lover was already angry about the fact that Tucker had been called up to the main show before him and he didn't want to make it worse. Tucker was so deep in thought he bumped into someone "Sorry." he said quickly.

"S'okay," Jeff drawled softly. Jeff was down in the developmental area helping out an up and comer that was trying to learn a move similar to the Swanton.

Tucker grabbed the bag he had dropped hoping the stanger wouldn't noticed his blackeye his lover had given him during their last fight "Sorry but i have to go pick up my daugher." he said as he started walking again.

"You alright?" Jeff asked, noticing the bruise.

"Yeah fine." Tucker said quickly, nervously.

Jeff chuckled. "You're a horrible liar, just so you know."

"I'm not lying." Tucker protested.

"Right......." Jeff sighed softly.

Tucker looked away "Please i'm sorry but i need to get my daugher before i'm late."

Jeff nodded. "Why don't you let me drive you, I'm quick getting places."

Tucker nodded "Thank you." he said "I can't be late again."

"C'mon, I'll get you there," Jeff said.

Tucker sighed as they arrived at the babysitters, he went inside and picked up Cassie. "Thank you again." he said as Jeff drove them to the hotel.

"It' not a problem," Jeff replied.

Tucker sighed as they pulled up and he saw Jack waiting outside for him.

"Everything alright?" Jeff asked, hearing the sigh.

"Yeah it's nothing." Tucker lied quickly.

Jeff nodded he wasn't going to push the issue.

Tucker picked Cassie up and walked over to Jack. When he got there Jack started yelling at him about being late again. Tucker tried to apologize but Jack slapped him before he could say anything.

"Hey," Jeff stepped up to the pair. "Who do you think you are putting your hands on him like that?"

Jack just laughed at Jeff, Tucker looked at the ground sadly.

Jeff glared at the other man. He couldn't stand seeing people abused

Jack turned his attention back to Tucker as he started yelling at him again.

Jeff shook his head and sighed. He hated seeing this.

Tucker gave a sigh of a relief as Jack stomped back into the building.
