Somewhere With You

Alex took Mike's face in his hands and kissed him passionately.
"Please... don't..."

"You.....I have given you so many fucking do overs and every time....I get fucking hurt and im tired of it...."

"That was the last time. I promise." Alex swore.

"You promised before...You were mad because I had a problem with you and Lane still? I HAD A GOD DAMN REASON! You would have let him fuck you if I had not have come when I did!"

"Mike, never baby, never." Alex shook his head. "I would have stopped him."

"No. I NEVER thought I had to really worry about you cheating on me. You were kissing him! You cheated on me!"

"It was just a kiss baby, nothing else." Alex frowned.
Rick stood and walked out the door.
He had to do something about Kevin.... and they needed their moment anyway.

'Alex, dont act like its nothing. You flipped your lid when Rick stuck his tongue on my mouth and I already said I was done1"

"Cause he's Rick... he's your son in law." Alex pointed out with a frown.

"Alex. Don't lie. It was because he was kissing me and you couldn't stand it."

"Well... its different..." Alex frowned. He knew he was being a hypocrite but still... "Well, I wouldn't leave you over that. I gotpissed at Rick. Not you."

"Alex it dont matter, I can kiss, I can touch, I can FUCK whoever I want because im done."

Alex's lower lip trembled as a few tears spilled down his face.
"Mike... please."

"No.....You cheated on me Alex...."
Mike was trying so hard but he couldnt stand this for long.

Alex closed his eyes as more tears rolled down his cheeks.
"Okay." He whispered. "One more kiss. Please."

"One more...."
Mike couldn't deny him that.
He could barley deny Alex anything.

Alex let out a small sob as he took Mike's face in his hands, so careful as always, as if Mike would break if he used to much pressure.
"I love you." He whispered softly as he gently pressed their lips together.

Mike whimpered into the kiss, his arms winding their ways around Alex's neck as he felt those same familiar sparks.
Was this really the end for them?

Alex rested their foreheads together.
"I'm so sorry. Just trust me, I'm paying for my mistake. But, just know that I'm not going back to Lane. I'll spend the rest of my time up here alone. Okay? You go, move on... get with Daffy, just be happy. That's all I want for you. Be happy."

Mike intertwined their fingers as he stared into Alex's eyes.
"Alex....You know better than that. I can't be happy unless im with you.....Fuck why would you do that to me? ME! Alex....Not Chris...not Lane, ME!"

"Baby I don't know... I just couldn't help it..." Alex hung his head. "But I'm so sorry."

"You would rather kiss him, you would do that even though you knew what it would do to me? I wont EVER be able to trust you again....."

"I wasn't thinking about what it would do to you. I wasn't thinking about anything, except that he was right there."

Mike shook his head.
"I can't believe you Alex....."

"I can't believe me either." He kissed Mike's cheek. "I just threw away the best thing to ever happen to me. Goodbye." He hugged him and stood, trying to stop crying.
