Air Supply.

Mike sat, alone in his and Alex's....His bed. No, Alex was gone again. He had gone back to Lane and left Mike....again. So their he was, in the middle of his bed, his knees pulled to his chest as his body racked with strong sobs. His baby was gone too, Kevin never woke up. Mike was all a fucking lone. Alex had left him and Kevin was.....his poor baby was never going to wake up.
Mike let out a loud wail, his heart shattering as he thought more about it. He was all alone and this time he didnt even have Kevin their to help him, to love him, to wipe away the tears and assure him it would be alright....
The heartbreaking sobs rattled the lithe chest if Mike Mizanin as he realized he was utterly and truly alone.

But rick was there. He was sitting by Kevin's side, silent tears pouring down his own cheeks as he got up the strength to say goodbye. He had to move on... It had been too long and he had to face the truth. Kevin was not waking up. Rick Jr was currently with Chris. He didn't want his baby to see him like this. Rick was snapped out of his thoughts by Mike's wail. He sighed, shaking his head as he walked up to Mike's room.
"Knock knock." He smiled softly as he opened the door and sat on the bed beside Mike.

Mike sniffled and shook his head.
"H-Hey b-baby..." Mike stuttered, trying to wipe his eyes. He didnt want his son in law to see him like this. "H-Howis Kevin b-baby?"

"Nothings changed." Rick sighed and rested his head on Mike's shoulder. "How are you feeling hun?"

Mike sniffled and shook his head.
"I dont know....I feel worthless....My husband left me,,,,m-my baby is g-gone." He let out another sob.

"Mike darlin, you're not worthless. You don't know how much you've helped me get through this." Rick sighed, rubbing his back comfortingly.

Mike looked up at him with big teary blue eyes.
"S-Since when do you call me Darling?"

"Since you're sitting here crying. I hate it when you cry." He frowned, wiping away a few tears.

Mike buried his head in Rick's chest.
"A-At least I still have you...I wouldnt know what to do If I didnt have you."

Rick kissed the top of his head.
"Same here Mike. You've helped me so much."

"What will be do....Without Kevin and A-Alex..." Mike asked miserably.

"I don't know Mike, I really don't. But we'll get through it. Together." Rick nodded.

Mike nodded and rested aginst his son in law. He hated this shit, his baby was gone and his husband deserted him.

Rick tugged Mike into his lap. He wrapped his arms around him and placed a small kiss on his forehead.
"Shh, it'll be okay Mike..."

Mike laughed hollowly.
"Im supposed to be the grown up, I should be holding you and telling you it'll be alright."

"Well I've been told I'm mature for my age anyway. And I feel very protective of you." He held Mike closer.

"Protective of me?"
Alex used to be like that with him, Alex used to care.

"Yes. Very. That means anyone hurts you, including Alex, gets my foot shoverd up their ass." He smiled softly.

"I think you just miss Kevin alot and since me and him are alot alike its natural for you to be like that with me." Mike sighed.

"I dunno. Maybe, maybe not..." Rick trailed off. "You and Kev are so different to me."

"How are we different?" Mike looked up at Rick confused slightly.

"You're both sort of sensitive, don't take that the wrong way. At times it's a good thing. I love that about you guys. But I've only ever seen Kev really mad once or twice adn even so he wasnt too bad. You... you're fuckin nasty when pissed." He chuckled. "It amuses me seeing you go from so sweet and caring to pissed and screaming. You know when to go from sweet to spicy." He smirked.

Mike blushed and tried to hide the smile.
"Well if Alex didnt piss me off so fucking much I wouldn't have to be nasty..." But he knew he was.

"Huh, I don't think I've seen you blush before. Definitely gotta do that more often." He smiled.

Mike rolled his eyes.
"Nah, I dont think you can. It takes a little bit to make me blush."
