Somewhere With You

Mike clicked his tongue.
"Kevin."
Hm wondered if they were counting Rick.

"Biddy." Alex said softly. He was going to include Rick.

Mike looked at him.
"Biddy Bird is your favorite?"
He couldnt help but smile.

Alex nodded with a smile.
"He's so cheery all the time. And he seems to understand me better than anyone."

"Well my second is hard, between my bird and my Rick." Mike chewed his lip thinking hard, he loved them both so much....

Alex nodded.
"Kevin is my second, Rick is my third, and Syd is my fourth."

"Alex Jr was my baby....I just havent seen him in a long time."
Mike sighed but smiled at Alex.
"I always thought Sydney or Kev would be your favorite."

"Like you said, Ssyd was my baby but Ihaven't seen her in a while... and I really love them all pretty much the same. I'm doing this to humor you." He stuck his tongue out.

"Oh well thats nice." Mike pouted cutely.
He didnt wanna be pregnant....

Alex smiled at him.
He didn't want to give away his baby....

Mike would have to respect that too, he would not give it away if Alex didnt want too.

But Alex wouldn't tell him this. If Mike didn't want it... he didn't wan tto force him to keep it...

The weeks went by slowly, Mike getting just a tiny bit bigger everyday until he had a small baby bump. At the moment he was with Biddy and Kevin, he now knew what they were doing in this room. He would sit and watch and gently encourage Kevin.

Alex wanted to touch that bump so badly. Wanted to love it and kiss it like always but he didn't....

Mike was actually missing it....He didnt want the kid but,.....It was just so special when Alex loved his little bump.

Alex did not want to get any more attached to the child then he already was. It would be too hard to let it go...

Kevin wheeled out of the room and looked at his father.
'Daddy, maybe you can make him love it, make him want it....I can see his misses you kissing the bump, he told me a long time ago you ALWAYS loved the bumps, he might not admit it but he wants you too."

"BAby... he's gonna give the baby away... I don't want to get attached." ALex said softly.

"He wont if you make him want it too, you know you can....If you love it enough he will too Daddy."

"But what if he doesn't babY? What if I can't make him...?" Alex sighed.

"Then atleast you tried daddy, try for your baby..." Kevin kissed his cheek.

Alex sighed and found his husband.
"How's my bbaby doin?" He asked, putting on a smile.

Mike looked up at him with a soft smile.
"Im just fine." He hated the way Alex seemed to avoid him now.

"And how's my other baby?" He knelt down, resting his chin on Mike's thigh.

Mike sighed but gave a nod.
"Its good too, I havent been sick much today......"
