Chris whimpered softly.
"Baby please come here." He quietly followed after.

"No, im about to tell Mike I dont ever wanna see him again. He is not allowed near me or my family and your going to go lay down."

"Baby..." Chris walked over and hugged Dustin from behind. "You... don't have to do that. No, I don't like how close he is to you and Dewayne but whether I like it or not he is Dewayne's biological mother and he's your friend. I just can't compare with him and I have to deal with that. Don't worry about it." He pecked his cheek.

"No you listen to me God damnit. I love you, if you didnt compare to him I wouldn't be doing this. I cannot believe you think that? Maybe we should call off the wedding if your so fucking worried about it. Now let me go, I gotta go tell me best friends I hate his guts and ill kick his ass if he ever comes over and bothers us again."

"Dustin don't...." Chris sighed, holding him tighter. "Just don't baby.. I'm fine."

"No apparently your not fine! You just cut yourself Chris. I can't take that and if its his fault, well then too bad for him."

"honey, just the fact that you are seriously going to do that for me makes me not want to do it again..."

"Oh no, when I have done it you will feel much better. Apparently you dont like him so seeing him hurt would do you some good. Now let go so I can hurry home."

"Dustin no. Mike and I talked it out, we're cool. I just hate feeling second best. Baby trust me." Chris held on firmly to his arm.

"No you listen to me. If I make you feel second best, that makes me a shitty lover and im not going to stand for it." He yanked his arm.

"Honey, I'll be fine just, love me, that will make me feel better." He tried.

"No you let me go Chris...."
His voice was firm, his body tense.

Chris sighed and let him go.
"Baby don't do this.... please."

"Why not. You just cut yourself. Your pregnant, your engaged. You let some old friend bother you and fuck it all up? Your not second best, you just think you are because you dont think you know what its like to me number one but you have been number one since the first time we make love....since the first kiss."

"Baby I'm just sensitive... I'm sorry. And Dewayne...Dewayne wouldn't let me comfort him. He wanted his momma. He wanted Mike. I mean I understand that but it just pushed me over the edge. I was tired of not being good enough..."

"Chris, that boy is a teenager. He is going through things. We have been ignoring him. But Mikw wasn't. Yes he wanted Mike because this was the first time we had payed him any attention in three months. I would want my momma to if I had been ignored by the two I live with...."
He shook his head in dissapointment.

"I haven't been trying to. Every time I try to ask he pushes me off... I... I don't know what I'm supposed to do here..."

"Chris, that was a long time ago, these last three months we have been to wrapped up in the baby to worry about him."

"Well I'll stop, something. I just want my baby...." He sighed.

"Ill deal with him when im done dealing with Michael." Dustin growled.

"No honey, you still on that? Leave Mike alone...." He sighed softly, resting his head on Dustin's shoulder.

"No, get off of me Chris. I will be back later." He shrugged Chris off as he stromed out the house.

Chris cursed and chased after him.
"Baby don't! Please Dustin!"

"No, Mike has got you CUTTING! Ill beat his mother fucking ass!"
