Chris simply blinked at him incredulously.
He was so fuckign sorry for being jealous... apparenlty going for months without speaking to Mike was some huge feat Chris wasn't aware of... He wasn't going to do this now.
He handed him LAnce.
"Please take him home. I'm going to stay out here for the night. He said his first word by the way. I love you." chris laid down in the cold grass, covering himself with the blanket.

Dustin cursed, sitting lance in his blanket, pulling Chris up and making him look into his eyes.
"No, you straighten up right now. I didnt do ANYTHING with him, he was my bestfriend for years and I gave him up and I still told him just a minute ago that he was still not welcome here. You need to realize that im not the cheating kind. I thought you might trust me, trust that I loved you, hell I have a baby with you....Im disappointed that you dont trust me, I have busted my ass, I burnt some one Dewayne's BABY pictures because he was in them and pictures of my son are precious but I did it. You know how hurt he is because I did? He wont talk to me, he is so pissed. And you STILL doubt me. Would you be happier if I did fuck him and prove you right? Are determined to do this until I say fuck it? it wont happen because I wont cheat, no ill break it off. I can take and take and take but this..............if I gave you a reason to think this it would be different but I don't so I deserve an apology. I missed my babies first word because your brother upset him, I had to take him outside and talk to him and while doing this you run off with my baby and I miss it. Chris sighed.
"Dustin.... you and Mike will never see how you two are together in someone else's eyes. Especially to your lovers. You'll never get how me and Alex feel about you two. You were engaged, have a kid, were so in love. When something like that breaks apart, it isn't normal for the people to be such good friends. You two are fucking attached at the hip and it kills me and Alex. Haven't you ever heard that saying? You can't be friends with an ex. Either you two were never in love or you still are. And you were definitely in love. You guys can't stay apart from each other no matter how much Alex and I try to make you. And when we give in and let you two get together you show us EXACTLY why we didn't want it to happen in the first place. You guys can't be normal together. Its constantly little jokes about shit that happened when you two dated. How were each other's first fucking everything and it drives us insane. Its always you singing one of your old songs, or telling some story that everyone finds hilarious but makes us want to stab something. I could deal with it if every two minutes, one of you didnt' have to make some fucking comment about how you were so in love! You don't know how that feels because Alex and I never had a really big, loving relationship like that before you guys."

"Chris baby, I love him but like I said im not in love with him anymore. We do make jokes and talk about old times because thats all he have to talk about, with you and Alex we never see each other anymore so the old days are all we have. Old days were simpler and easy, back when Mike and Lane were like siblings and me and him was bestfriends. But yeah, we have our lovers now, I have written more songs and he has loved Alex and I love you and we are different now. I knwo you and Alex hate when we are together but come on now Chris, I sing a song because I like the song, not for him, when he brings up the old days thats because its funny, and he dont wanna hurt you guys....Chris baby me and him are over."

"I understand if you guys wanna share old memories sometimes. But its all you can talk about and I hate it. MAkes me want to fucking kill someone." He sighed, dragging a hand through his hair.

"Point is, I didnt cheat on you and I never will and you need to except that and know that and not run off in the middle of the night with our baby."

"I didn't wanna leave him alone and I kicked Rick's ass out."

"Chris, baby, you should have run off in the first place because I wasn't doing anything. And I made him go back because he is family and he has not where else to go..."

"But he's being an ass." Chris frowned. "He's the reason I thought you were in the first place. I'd been taking care of him and he started shit with me.."

"Chris baby...Ill take care of him and if he cant get it together he is gone but he is your baby brother and....I knwo you would feel bad with him out here all alone."

Chris sighed.
"You're too good of a person." He stood up and hugged him lightly.

Dustin grinned and held Chris tightly.
"Yeah and you listen to me, Mike wont be around here, he was just bawling because Rick called him a whore and I felt bad. Im still not having him around, im ALL yours Chris baby..."

"But its hurting you Dustin." He sighed. "And I dont want that..."

"Hey....I miss him as my friend but....missing him is nothing compared to how much I love you. If you want him gone he is gone..."

Chris sighed.
"I don't want to upset you...."

Dustin took Chris's face in his hands, staring deep into his eyes.
"Chris....your not hurting me...I love you..."
He pressed their lips together sweetly.

Chris sighed when they broke apart but he couldn't help but smile softly.
"I love you too baby.."

"Now are we done being upset and mad tonight? Can I take my babies back home?" He grinned.

"For tonight." He winked. "I'm a naggy bitch. Acting like my mother." He groaned as he started home.

Dustin picked him up and sat him on the horse, handing him Lance before getting on himself and making his horse walk home.

When they got home, Chris grabbed Rick's things and tossed them into the guest room.
"You can stay in there but don't mess with me again."
Rick sighed nodding.
"I'm sorry..."

Dustin patted his back and kissed his cheek.
"Take Lance to bed Chris." He ordered softly as he looked over at Rick.

"Alright. Love you." Chris nodded, hugging him before jogging up to their room.

Dustin sat down and nodded to another spot on the couch.
"Sit down Rick, you and me need to talk."

"Dustin, I'm sorry.." He sighed, dragging a hand across his face as he sat down.
