A New Chapter Begins

Evan paced the living room floor as he waited for Matt to come home. He hadn't been feeling well for a while, so while Matt was away at a photoshoot, he'd gone to see the doctor. Now all he had to do was tell Matt what the doctor had said. That small fact was going to change their lives forever.

"Puppy i'm home." Matt called softly as he walked into the house.

Evan smiled and walked over to Matt. "Hey baby."

Matt smiled and leaned in to gently kiss Evan.

Evan smiled and kissed Matt gently.

"So how are you feeling puppy?" Matt asked softly.

"We need to talk about that Matthew," sighed Evan softly.

"Whats wrong Evan?" Matt asked worriedly.

Evan bit his lip. "Mattie......I'm pregnant."

Matt stood for a second before pulling Evan into a hug "Oh puppy." he said as he smiled.

Evan gave a small smile. He was scared out of his mind.

"Puppy this is great." Matt said as he kissed the top of Evan's head.

Evan nodded slowly. "Yeah....." Evan trailed off.

"Is there something you didn't tell me?" Matt asked.

"I'm just.....I'm scared Mattie," admitted Evan.

Matt held Evan close "Its going to be ok baby."

Evan snuggled close. "Just hold me Mattie."

Matt nodded as he held Evan close "I love you." he murmured softly.

"I love you too," Evan murmured.

Matt smiled softly before picking Evan up and carrying him over to the couch.

Evan snuggled close to him.

Matt smiled and held Evan close as he sat down and pulled Evan on to his lap.

Evan smiled. "Love you Mattie."

Matt smiled softly "Love you too puppy."

Evan looked up. "Are you sure we can do this?"
