AJ took the plastic seal off the top of the bottle before snapping the cap off and pouring the thick red syrup into the cup.

AJ smiled and slowly tipped the cup to allow the thick syrup into Jay's mouth. Once he was sure Jay had gotten it all down he sat the tiny cup on the bedside table with the medicine. "Thank you baby," AJ said.
