Stuck Like Glue

"D-Don't try and P-Pacify me!" Chris wailed, removing the pillow to rub at his eyes in a vain attempt to make the tears stop.

"I'm not. I'm just worried Chrissy."
Damnit why couldn't he stop calling him that?

"S-Stop it." Chris cried, glaring at Wade with blood shot eyes and glistening cheeks.

"Stop being worried? I can't do that."

"Just stop it! You waltz into my life and ruine it, then have the nerve to worry!" Chris cried, his body rocking with sobs.

"Just let me comfort you Chris. You don't have to do everything alone. It's okay to want to be comforted sometimes, y'know."

"No, because you will be gone tomarrow telling people how you saw the great Chris Jericho crying. Just like you could tell all your Nexus friends you fucked me like I was some cheap whore and then just up and left." Chris sobbed brokenly.

Wade gasped, he would never do anything like that.
"Chris Irvine, look at me. Look me in the eyes."

"N-No!" Chris cried, turning his head. He couldn't, if he did he would want to love Wade, he would want to live to be with him, and Wade would up and lave again.

Wade gently cupped Chris's face and turned it so he was looking at him.
"Christopher, you are not some whore I just fucked and left. You are much much more than that. I really care about you. I was confused, I didn't know what to do, most of all I was stupid. And Chris if I could take back one thing in my life it would be leaving you that night."

Chris stared at Wade with tearfilled blue eyes. "W-Wade, I-I can't be hurt like that again. You s-see what it had d-done to m-me." Chris stuttered, blinking the tears out of his eyes.

"I won't do it again Chris. I'm so sorry for doing it at all. I feel horrible that I drove you to this point."

"H-How can I-I be sure you wont d-do it again W-Wade?" Chris "Hiccuped." And wiped his eyes.

Wade thought. And thought. And thought. He didn't have a good reason.
"You'll just have to believe me."

"I did." Chris said and closed his eyes, one hand rubbing his abused, cut up, wrists.

Wade took advantage of his closed eyes, and leaned down, softly kissing his lips.

Chris's eyes flew open and he put a hand to Wade's chest, aplying little to no pressure.

Wade pulled away, he was content with that one little peck.

'Wade." Chris said softly, the will to fight had left him, he stared at Wade with broken eyes and layed back down like it didn't even happen.

Wade simply took his hand, stroking small circles with his thumb.

Chris looked at Wade with tired eyes. "I want to go home...." Chris muttered, he didnt like the hospital.

"You'll be able to soon. You might have to stay over night though."

Chrim made a sound meaning he heard Wade. Chris didn't want to be alone tonight.

"I'm gonna stay with ya." Wade said, as if he had read Chris's mind.

"You don't have to Wade, im not your charitey case." Chris said firmly. He would not be a charity case to any one.
