Guess The Feelings Are Mutual

Alex sighed and stroked his hair. He set Mike in the passenger seat and began to drive.

Mike stared out the window, he had no right be upset, no right to cry....but he was.

He soon arrived at the hospital.
He kissed Mike softly as they got him a room.

The put Mike on table as the got the xray machine ready for use. He had to be still or it could hurt him, problem was Mike was anything but still.

They refused to let Alex go in with Mike. Said it wasn't safe. So he was waiting outside.

Mike was still shaking, they couldn't get him still. Eventual they had to go get Alex.
The doctor stepped out into the room with Alex.
"Sir, he wont stay still, can you make be still for five minutes?"

Alex nodded.
"I'll try." He stepped in the room and took Mike's hand.
"Mikey baby, ya gotta stay still." He cooed. "It could hurt ya if you don't."

Mike gulped as he squeezed Alex's hand.
"My rib hurts...."

"I know it does baby. But the sooner you stay still, the sooner they can find out if its broken and fix it."

"I know good and damn well its b-broken."
Mike's body still trembled.

"Well they gotta check baby. Now please, stay still. FOr me." Alex said softly.

"A-Are you still mad?"
Mike was trying to be but his body racked with sobs the more he thought.

"I was more hurt than mad in the first place baby. I was covering the hurt up with anger." Alex admitted.

"Alex, its not like I didn't try to help because I was afraid of getting hurt or afraid of anything happening to me, hell I caught him after the show and I fucking told him about my ass. When he was beating me he didn't hit you when you pulled him off, I got my point across. If I would have rushed him, he would have hurt you...bad. If I would have stood there until he left he wouldn't have left. I couldn't get to you....But I knew that you were not going to be hurt that bad....I knew...."

"Mike you don't have to explain yourself. I was just upset. I'll get over it."

"But I don't want you to think that I won't help you if I can....I love you..."
Mike whimpered quietly.

"I love you too." Alex said. "Now stay still."

Mike sighed but he was trying to stay still as he could as they finally x-rayed him. Mike hated those things.

Alex had to leave when they took the x ray but he really hoped Mike stayed still.

It didn't take long, they had the results. Two ribs were broken. They put Mike in a room for the night.

Alex was gonna kill Randy for this. HE sat in a chair by Mike's bed in the room they gave him.

Mike was texting John. He had been pissed when he got to the room and no one was home.

Alex was watching silently. He could stare at Mike for hours on end...

Mike sighed and glared at his phone.
"Glitter butt is getting on my nerves." He whined as John text him again about him missing out on an hour of his beauty sleep.

"Glitter butt always is on my nerves. He's too friendly with you." Alex pouted.
