And neither was Aristotle, he didnt meant to make it worse, he really didnt understand. When Chord went to screaming at him though he was out of the room and cowering in as corner somewhere.

Zac hummed softly as he cooed to Joslin. He was always the best at calming everyone.
"He's just upset Jos baby. He'll be good I'm sure."
Joslin nodded slowly, curling up in Zac's chest.

In truth if Aristotle did that... stood up for him and wouldn't let Chord get him.. it'd be the sweetest thing anyone had done for him. It would be what Asher needed to keep trying with Aristotle...

There were times Asher wanted to just scream because things were moving so slow. But... every time Aristotle did something sweet like hold his hand or kiss his cheek it reminded Asher that.. he was getting somehwere.
