New Beginning.

"I missed you too baby." He nodded, kissing the boys cheek.

"I love ew..." He cuddled close to his mother.

"I love you too, you have fun with Austin?" Mike asked softly.

"Before ew few asweep yesh." He nodded.

"You two wanna go play ball?" He asked softly, grinning at his baby.

"Tan I just hug ew?" He hummed.

"Course baby, whatever you want." He grinned, kissing the boys nose

He grinned, kissing his mother's cheek sloppily and squeezing him as tight as he could for a small child.

Mike grinned happily, leaning into Alex.
He was happy...

Alex kissed his neck, hugging Jayden also as he stood there with two of the most important things in his life..

Mike grinned, and kissed Alex's cheek.
Wonderful.

Dustin had been with Brantley for almost a year and a half now. He...He hated to say it but though he loved Brantley...
he missed the hell out of Chris...

Chris was the same... Beau was a great man but... he was no Dustin. He didn't think he'd ever love someone like he loved Dustin...

And Dustin knew he couldnt. He did love Brantley, so fucking much but Chris was his whole life and it was killing him...not talking to him..
He couldnt....
If he spoke to Chris, if he was friends with Chris he...He wouldnt be able to stand it...
Not knowing Chris was with another man...
He now tried not to defend Chris, he tried to be snide about him but it hurt...he wanted to snap at people who where mean to his lover.....exlover...exhusband.

Chris had lost everything by choosing Beau. He'd lost a friend, Mike and a lot of family. His babies, Dewayne and Devin and the one that hurt the most... Dustin. His husband, his cowboy, his... soulmate.

Dustin didnt know what to do to get Chris back..
He couldnt.
The man left him for Beau...
He never thought he would have to sleep with another man and just...miss his city slicker...his Chrissy...

Today was a gettogether with the whole family at Mike and Alex's again. Everyone was there. Chris, beau, Dustin, Brantley, all the kids too...
And one of those kids was not leaving here with his parents not together. Lance was very accepting of Chris and Beau, he loved his momma but... he saw the way his father looked at Chris when he thought no one was looking and saw the way his mother looked at Dustin. The same look, longing... And he was going to fix it.

Dustin was sitting, Brantley in his arms as he watching Brody talking about some girl he had a long time ago before he was with Chance. Dewayne was leaning on His fathers shoulder, watching. Dayton was flirting with five people at once, and Alex Junior was sitting with October and his babies

Lance scanned the room, finding all his brothers and their parents. He then stood, walking over to where Dewayne and Brody were, waiting til they finished the conversatoin before speaking.
"Dewayne, Brody can I talk to you guys?" He raised an eyebrow.

Dewayne nodded, taking Brody's arm and walking over to the side with Lance.
"What?"

"One sec." Lance jogged off, grabbing Devin and pulling him over with them. "Look. I'm fine with momma being with Beau and daddy being with Brantley but I KNOW I'm not the only one who has noticed momma and daddy staring at each other with the damn lovey eyes?"

Brody shrugged.
"I notice."
Dewayne said nothing.
Kelton, had been excluded for everything family related.
He sat alone in a corner while Angel showed Cade to his family.

"So they miss each other. Now I'd like some help but I think they need to get back together. Like now. I'm going to get them alone. I'll do it by myself if I have to but if anyone wants to help that'd be awesome." He folded his arms.

"Ill help!" Brody grinned. Dewayne shrugged again.
he was not pleased with Lance.

"Thanks." Lance grinned at him.
"Hell, I'm in." Devin shrugged, nodding.
"Dewayne..." Lance sighed at his eldest brother.

"You dont Dewayne me, im pissed at you over Daddy...And what in the hell is with you and Kelton..." He glanced at their other brother.
