"But... Alex is going to leave her. He loves me more than her... he told me momma!" Ezra protested, staring at his mother, upset.

"I dont give a fuck, you told me, no you SWORE to me you would not FUCK him and what did you do last night Ezra Nielsen? You fucked him. And who is he snuggling right now? Not you." Dewayne shook his head.

Ezra's breath caught in his throat, his eyes tearing up.
"Well fuck you too!" He stormed off, locking himself in his room. Like that did not hurt enough without him rubbing it in his face..

"You probably would if I was nice to you for a few months!" Dewayne called back, shaking his head and finishing breakfast.

Ezra looked up at the sound of his mother's voice incredulously.
Why did he have to be so... just plain mean?
It hurt...

Dewayne was hurt.
Ezra had swore to him....He had only wanted what was best for his son, but no, he gave it up to Alex..a married man...
Dewayne was so disappointed.

After a few minutes Ezra exited his room, not speaking to Dewayne. Just sitting on the couch until David woke up, kissing his cheek.
Ezra practically tackled his father, hugging him close, desperate for someone to treat him just the same as always since momma was being an ass.
"Baby...?" David raised an eyebrow, hugging his son nonetheless.

Dewayne ignored the hell out of him.
Like Dustin had done to Lance.
He was not paying Ezra any attention.

David noticed.
"Whats up with you two? I usually can't get you two to shut up and you're both... being weird."

Dewayne shrugged, smiling at Dayton who came down in his boxers, his hair sticking up wildly.

Ezra's lip trembled as David hugged him tight. He was so clueless but.. he was there for his baby.

"Okay so momma, I know how your all...you. Last night I broke up with Lisa, went out, found a girl named Emily, we fucked, new girlfriend." He nodded.
Dewayne snickered at him, "Great, im so happy for you I guess, dont sound to romantic."
Dayton hadnt been a virgin since he was thirteen.

Ezra blinked at him.
He was happy for Dayton fucking some girl but not happy for Ezra making love with the man he knew he would marry one day...

"She didnt already have a boyfriend right?"
"No."
"Good."
Dewayne shot Ezra look.
No, Ezra had sworn to him,
And Alex might not leave October,
He could be just leading the boy on.

Ezra glared right back, kissing his father's cheek before walking back to his room.
He still had Alex... he would be okay...

Alex had not called or text him all day...
October was having him a birthday party.

Ezra just didn't come out of his room the rest of the day. He got on the internet, danced to his iPod, sang to himself. Just did everything to keep his mind off of well.... everything else.

Alex sent him a text later on that night.
