Kelton drove them over to Aristotle's. The large home seemed empty...no lights on.
Cept for the one in Aristotle's room.

Moments later Kelton came back, frowning.
"You okay?"

"Yeah..." Asher nodded slowly. He stepped in the house, finding Aristotle and tugging on his shirt sleeve since the boy was a little taller than him.
"That was mean.." He sounded like a child himself.
He did this on rare occasions. He'd had to live on his own at a very young age. He never got to just be a kid. When something would really get to him he'd act like a child. It never lased mroe than a few minutes and it was very rare. Only Joslin and Zac had ever seen it happen. If he didn't talk you wouldn't even know.

Aristotle stared at him, nodding his head.
"I was mean...I am sorry Asher..." The boy was seemingly a large child himself.

Asher's eyes filled with tears immediately.
Normally, a comment like that would upset him but he rarely cried, especially not in front of Aristotle.
"I'm sorry!"
