Stuck Like Glue

"Chris, I want to." Wade said truthfully.

Chris sighed, his eyes stung. "Whatever you want Wade." Chris said softly.

Wade sighed, squeezing Chris's hand gently, just to let him know he was there for him.

Chris laid down and curled into a quivering ball, clutching his injured wrists to his chest.

"I love you." Wade cooed, he wanted so badly to just sit on the bed with him and take Chris in his arms. He hated watching him cry.

Chris gasped and put his handove over his ears, he couldn't tell Wade he loved him back, even though he does.

"No need to cover your ears, darling." Wade said, purposely thickening his accent, he knew how much Chris loved it. He chuckled remembering back to the first night they'd had sex. The night he won NXT.

"Don't, I can't handle this right now Wade." Chris whimpered, still refusing to look at him.

"Alright then, how 'bout we drink some tea to calm ya down? And maybe watch the telly afterwards." Wade smiled, seeing if he could get Chris to cheer up at least a little.

If anything, Chris cried harder. Taking his pillow and tryign to smuther himself with it.

Wade wrapped his arms tightly around Chris, kissing his forehead. He lifted him into his lap, not caring if Chris was supposed to stay in the bed.

Chris let go of his pride, clutched Wade's shirt tightly, and cried into Wade's chest. Chris let out a broken wail and let it be muffled by Wade's shirt. Hoping Wade thought no less of him.

"Shhh, it's okay Chris. It's gonna be okay." Wade cooed, running his fingers through Chris's hair.

"N-No, it'll never be 'okay' again." Chris sobbed, holding Wade tighter, as if Wade was his only life line.

"Yes it will baby. I'm gonna make sure it is." Wade whispered softly, holding Chris close.

"Y-You can't, its to l-late!" Chris trembled, hating himself even more for crying about it.

"It's never too late." Wade said, tentatively kissing Chris again.

"D-Do you see what I've become? It will never be the same again." Chris told him, his arms flying around Wade's neck as he buried his head into the crook of Wade's neck.

"It's not too late to fix things Chris. Especially with my help."

"Your th-the one who w-wrecked everything!" Chris cried, it wasn't all Wade's fault but alot of it was.

"I know and I'm the one who is going to fix it." Wade said simply.

"Wh-What if I dont w-want you to." Chris blinked. "Wh-What if a week from now your tired of me and you l-leave again? Th-Then what?"

"It doesn't matter. Because that will not happen Chris. I'm not leaving again."

Chris sighed defeated. If he Wade did leave he could just get it over with so he finally gave up. "Fine."

"Thank you. You won't regret it." Wade beamed, cupping Chris's face in his hands and smashing their lips together. It was deep, passionate, and sloppy but Wade put all his love into that kiss.
