Can't Be Strong

"No." John murmured in his sleep. In his current dream Wade was trying to make him hurt Mike.
"Fuck you." He grumbled.
Wade held him up by the collar of his shirt, and struck him across the face.
"I'm ordering you to do it John."
"N-no." John whimpered.
He was rolling around very restlessly in the small bed.

Mike blinked his eyes open at the small, troubled noises. Mike got out of bed and flipped on the light, his eyes immediately landing on the struggling form of John. Mike quickly ran over to him and sat on the bed, Mike took John by the shoulders and shook him; rough enough to wake him but not strong enough to hurt.

John sobbed into Mike's shoulder.
"I-I'm sorry." He cried. "He m-made me."

Mike was surprised by the tears but he wrapped his arms around John regardless. "Shhhhh, John." He cooed. "Who made you do what?" Mike questioned.

"Wade." John sniffeled, he hated showing Mike how scared he was inside. "He made me hurt you. I didn't want to." He shook his head furiously. "I went too far... you were d-dead!" John cried harder, cursing himself for not being able to keep his cool.

Mike's eyes went wide as he looked at John. "Its okay, im here and im alive." He continued to try and calm his crush. "And Im sure you didn't mean to kill me....." Mike then began to wonder if John indeed wanted to kill him.

"I didn't! I don't want to hurt you!" John screamed hysterically, throwing his arms around Mike's neck.

Mike made an 'Ofph' sound as John's weight knocked him off the bed and on to the floor with John's arms still around his neck. "Shhhhh, its okay. Im not dead....may I ask how you killed me." Mike petted the top of John's head, wondering if this was a dream of the future.

"You b-bled to death. I told them to let me take you to the hospital but they wouldn't let m-me." John sniffled.

Mike blinked and then shuddered, he didn't know what to think about this. "Ummm who made me bleed?" He asked curiously.

"A-all of them. And m-me. They made me h-help." John shook his head.

Mike felt bad but he had to ask. "And what did you guys do? Gut me with a knife and then bleed me?"

"I-i don't wanna go into details." John said, very softly.

Mike sighed but nodded, he really wanted to know what made him bleed to death.

"Don't be upset with me." John whimpered slightly. He didn't like how weak he was being.

"Shhhhh..... John im not upset with you, I was just wanting to know what lead to my death in that dream just in case." Mike carded his fingers through John's hair, he didnt know if John liked it or not but until he objected he figured he would do whatever to try and help.

John took a deep breath, Mike's fingers were calming him.
He glanced up at Mike, boring into those baby blues, trying to figure out what he was thinking.

"John...Are you okay?" It was stupid, but he felt compelled to ask. He was still bothered about that dream through. Since John told him about it he couldn't stop thinking about it.

"I... don't know." John confessed. He hadn't felt okay since he had lost at hell in a cell.

"Is there anything I can do?" He asked, his forehead wrinkling as he made a worried face.

John bit his lip, he really was going to sound like a wimp if he said this. But he needed it.
"Just... hold me?" He asked looking up at Mike worriedly.

Mike nodded and gathered John in his arms and held him tightly. He wanted John to feel better so bad.

John managed a small smile, burying his head in the crook of Mike's neck.

"Well hell John, I would sing you a song but I dont want to be public enemy number one for making John Cena deff." Mike tired to lighten the mood.

John couldn't help but chuckle.
"I'm good. I don't want to have to pay the hotel for breaking the glass on the windows." He joined in with a small smirk.
