Will You Be My Savior?

Matt shook his head and said " no Jeff."

"Awwww Mattie, c'mon now," Jeff pleaded softly. "Don't do this to me now."

"Jeff no i'll be fine." replied Matt coughing

"Matt, I'm not going to let you sit here and suffer dammit!" Jeff replied. "I'll force you if I have to, you know I will."

Matt coughed and replied " Jeff i'll be ok just let me sleep it off."

Jeff bit his lip and ran a hand over his hair. "Fine, but if you're not better by morning, I'm taking you to the ER, got it?"

Matt nodded and "ok, good night Jeff." he coughed hard and curled up in the blankets

"You want me to lay down with you darlin?" Jeff asked. "I will if you want."

Matt nodded and said "yeah Jeff."

Jeff smiled and stripped down to his boxers, climbing into bed with Matt and pulling the older man close. "Better?"

Matt smiled and said "yeah Jeffro."

Jeff smiled and kissed the top of Matt's head. "Love you Mattie," Jeff murmured.

"love you too Jeff." murmured Matt feeling sleepy

"Get some sleep Mattie, I'll be here if you need me," Jeff murmured.

Matt nodded and fell asleep snugging closer to Jeff

Jeff didn't sleep, he watched his brother closely. He was very worried about him.

Matt moaned in his sleep starting to get sicker

"Poor Mattie," Jeff whispered. He slipped his hand onto the older man's forehead and sighed. He was much warmer than before. Jeff slowly slipped out of the bed and got dressed.

Matt moaned at the loss of Jeff's body heat

As soon as Jeff was dressed, he carefully lifted Matt into his arms. While he headed down the stairs he explained to Melody that he was going to drop her off with their father until they got home.

Matt snugged closer to Jeff wimpering softly

"Shhhh Mattie Shhh," Jeff whispered, stroking Matt's hair that was quickly becoming soaked with sweat.

Matt coughed hard and moaned but did not wake up

Jeff continued down the stairs and out the door to the car.

Matt stirred slightly and coughed again but still did not wake up
