Misfit

Matt growled, throwing off his boxers himself. Quinton was taking far too long.

"What? He's dead?" Not that Drew cared it was just a bit of a slap in the face. It was shocking.

Quinton laughed before getting a bit uncomfortable. His body was littered with scars and new wounds, the gun shot wound in his abdomen was going to cause problems.

Mike had not killed him Quincy had. Not for Drew but because he had raped his girlfriend.

Matt sensed the change in his mood.
"...we don't have to do this. I'm sorry..." He looked down.

"Hello?" Drew called. "How's he dead? And why do you know this?" Mike couldn't kill... not his Mike...

"No Matt, its not that, dont be sorry." Quinton kissed his softly before murmuring against his lips. "I have so many scars, knew ans old. I dont wanna freak you out."

Mike was already gone. He went to work his first jpb, then his second job and then he went home to shower and get new clothes.

Matt smirked.
"I have a few of my own. Don't worry."

Drew didn't bother trying not to cry anymore. He knew it was no use. He was a baby now...

Quinton smiled and took his shirt off, revealing what years of wat did to the body.

Mike came back to the hospital and sat down in his chir. It was hard to sleep in these things.

Matt had a few scars here and there. From fights, getting jumped, mugged, and all the sterotypical shit. But it was nothing compared to Quinton's.

"Mike... did you kill him?" Drew asked softly.

Quinton had scars every where, some big some small. From being shot, cut, tortured or having something blowup. But he ignored then and he waited for Matt's reaction.

Mike snorted.
"Is that what you wanna hear Drew? Want me to tell you I found him and beat him to death, or maybe I shot him, or better yet I took a kinfe and tortured him until he bled to death."

"Wow." Matt breathed, eyeing Quinton's scars.


"I don't think you're capable of that..." Drew said.

Quinton blushed and looked away. At lest he hadnt made the face most people made yet.

Mike shrugged.
"Im not, Quincy is. I had nothing to do with it."

"Quinton, I'm not freaked out... I find them strangely... sexy." Matt smirked. "And I'm worried about you... I don't like that you've been hurt so much."

"Why'd Quincy kill him...?" Drew asked.

Quinton laughed, his cheeks flaming. He was seriously worried about him getting hurt. Thats a first, it made his heart swell.

"Something about him doing something to Quincy's girlfriend. I though it was just he raped her but then Quincy called me in hysterics because the guy actually killed her so." Mike shrugged.

"I was serious." Matt pouted, smiling at Quinton.

"Asshole..." Even if the man wasn't dead, any chance of Paige meeting her real father was gone now.

"If so then you wont like this." He motioned to the part of his abdomen covered in thick gause.

Mike sighed and nodded.
"Quincy is not the killing kind but the guy jumped on him so he had too."

Matt frowned.
"I don't..."

Drew sighed.
Somewhere deep inside him he had hoped that that man really wasn't such a bad person... Had hoped that maybe one day they could even become friends and Paige would be able to spend some time with her biological father, just like divorced parents. He was so stupid...

Quinton gave a small smile.
"Hurts like a bitch."

Mike watched Drew and sighed.
He had wanted Paige to know her real father.
He had wanted to maybe be friends with that man.
And it ate Mike up inside.

Matt frowned.
"How'd it happen?" He asked curiously.

Drew was so fucking stupid. So weak. So everything he never wanted to be...
How could he expect that man to be anything other than a dirty fucking rapist... a murderer? He had raped Drew... killed Quincy's girlfriend... gotten Drew pregnant, taken his virginity for god's sake... but did he deserve to die? He was so young... maybe a year or two older than Drew. Drew tried to make himself happy this man had died. But it was no use. Drew was too good of a person to be excited of a man's death. Especially the father of his child...

"Well, there was this kid. He was only maybe eighteen. He had triped and twisted his anckle and we were in the middle of an ambush. He was so young and so scared I had to do something. So I got up from my place in the dirt and I went and covered him, meaning he was on the ground and I threw my body over his. When I got the chance I got up and tried to get to saftly. I got him there but not before I got the tast of the enemys fire."

Mike put his head down.
He knew what Drew was thinking.
He wanted to be happy, but the father of his child was dead.
Mike was not Paige's real father.
Drew knew it.
He knew it.
Paige would know it.
And it made Mike want to crawl into a hole and die.

"Wow... you are so brave... heroic... make me feel like a major asshole." Matt chuckled.

Drew let a silent tear fall down his cheek.
"Mike, please come hug me... I'm sick of fighting with you and that's all we ever do anymore. Please just give me a hug."

Quinton laugh and shook his head.
"No, you saved a very good friend of mine. Thank you."


Mike sighed and moved over to the bed so he could pull Drew to his chest and kiss the top if his head.
"Im sorry the father or yuo child is dead." He whispered his voice hollow.

"It was nothing. Couldn't let the poor kid fall." Matt shrugged.

"Mike... you're her father." Drew shook his head. "I don't care he's dead. I'm just being stupid." Drew sighed.

"Your my hero for that."
He kissed Matt's cheek.


"You do care, because he is her biological father. Deny it but I know what your thinking baby."

"Come faccio l'eroe qui? sei tu quello che rischia la vita tutti i giorni." Matt arched a brow.

"Mike... I just had this stupid idea. A part of me was hoping that he wasn't really a bad man. Maybe he was drunk too that night or something." Drew sighed. "I just wanted Paige to know him." He held Mike close.

"Sì, ma il vostro l'unico che sembra preoccuparsene. Il tuo avermi dato la speranza di un futuro. Grazie"

Mike sighed, his heart was breaking. There was no doubt the baby would think he was her real father. Drew even wanted her to meet her real father. Mike was just the man her momma was with who worked his ass off to give him everything he could.

"nel mese di sicuro un sacco di gente mi importerebbe se li lasciate." Matt said with a soft kiss to Quinton's cheek.

"Mike... I love you. Don't be upset..." Drew sighed.
