Only A Match, Right? (Anyone)

"Hmm, guess not... but you still should." He stuck his tongue out.

"We'll thee brat."
He kissed Adrian's cheek, his arms protectivly around the smaller man's waist.

He hadn't felt this safe since... well since before that night. Only Drew had ever known about it. Adrian nuzzled his head in Jake's chest, determined not to think about it. Not now.

"Well brat. You got me, happy now?"
He kissed the young man's cheek.

Adrian nodded, giving Jake a small smile.
Drew scanned his brother's face. He knew what was lurking in the back of his mind. He walked over and whispered.
"Don't think about it now Adrian. Ya have Jake. I may not like him but he'll take care of ya."

Jake watched them, his grip tightening on Adrian, something was up, he didnt know what but he wanted too.

Adrian had to stand on his tip toes to kiss Jake's forehead.
"I want to go back to the hotel... I know we're technically not dating yet so you don't have to come back to my room with me.." He looked down embarrassed, he was rambling.

"No but I will if you'll let me."
He intertwinded there fingers.

"I don't particularly want to be alone..." Adrian squeezed Jake's hand.

Jake grinned and took Adrian out to his truck and drove him to the hotel.

Adrian smiled as they drove back.
Drew watched Jake warily. Jake would pay if he ever hurt Adrian. That boy was far too fragile to be hurt. Not again.

Jake was a good man, a sweet kind caring man. He would take care of Adrian.

Adrian was deep in thought, as he remembered the scar. If Jake even ran a hand down Adrian's back he would feel it.
What would his reaction be? Adrian didn't think he wanted to find that out.

Jake followed Adrian to his room. Whe they got in he ploped down on the bed.

Adrian softly sat down beside him, eyeing Jake worriedly. They were alone. If he was going to hurt him, now was the time.

Jake smiled at Adrian and rolled over, an arm snaking its way around Adrians waist.

Adrian smiled, shuddering on the inside. Jake's fingertip was inches away from that scar that hadn't been touched in years.

Jake nuzzled Adrian's back, his cheek rubbing the scar.
He froze.
"What ith that?"

"It's nothing... ignore it." Adrian shook his head. If he saw the scar he'd ask who did it. When he knew that he'd ask what else happened and well, once he knew that there was no way he would want Adrian anymore.

Jake sat up.
"Brat, If im going to be your boyfriend, your lover, and im going to protect you and eventually love you. I need to know what happened because that feels like a scar, a deep one."

"It is a scar." Adrian sighed. He sat up and lifted up his shirt slightly. There on his lower back, right where a 'tramp stamp' would be was the word WHORE.

Jake hissed, his eyes narrowed.
He would kill whoever did this if he ever caught them.
"What happened brat?"

"Jake... I... I don't think I can tell you. Drew can... if you really care that much. But it took forever for me to even tell Drew the full story..."

Jake sighed.
"I dont want to hear it from him, I want to hear it from you."

"I was raped. Simple as that. I was drugged and raped. You want details... well I can't give you that... you want details, talk to Drew."
