I Will Not Say Goodbye (Anyone)

"Don't matter anymore now does it."
He had killed Wade's niece.

"Chris... just give me some time. I... I don't want to get too attached to you, now that I realize that anything I care about can be gone in a millisecond..."

Chris nodded and walked away, that was a no I dont like you, you murder.

"Chris... please. Don't go." Wade let out a small whimper. He did not want to be alone.

Chris sighed and came back, he hugged Wade. It was all his fault after all.

Wade sobbed into Chris's shoulder.
"I-I'm sorry. I know you didn't mean t-to."

Chris hugged Wade tightly.
"Its okay Wade let it all out." He cooed softly.

'I just can't believe she's GONE!" He cried brokenly as he clutched handfuls of chris's shirt.

Chris sighed and hell Wade to his chest while he cried. He hated himself for this.

After ten or twenty minutes Wade stood and wiped his eyes.
"S-sorry." He said, his voice hoarse.

"Don't be sorry Wade."
Chris frowned, he was worried about his exrookie.

"Y-you never really met her. You don't know what a sweetheart she was. She would have loved you." He smiled fondly through the tears.

Chris wiped them away.
"I have an idea of how she was. After it happened I managed to crawl out the window and get to her. I was so scared so I picked her up and held her before running to the hospital. She talked to me as much as she could, she knew who I was."

Wade nodded.
"Wh-what'd she say?" He wanted to know some of her last words.

"Well, she said for me to tell you she loved you."
She had also said to tell uncle Wade not to be angry with Chris.

Wade nodded, biting back more tears.
"A-anything else?"

"She asked me to tell you not to be mad at me."
He sighed and carded hos fingers through Wade's hair.

"W-well I'm not.." Wade sighed.

"Im sure she knows, im sure she is watching."
That poor child loved Wade so much.

"I-I think she is." Wade nodded.

"Ill tell you, I didnt know her and she was only with me for maybe fifteen minutes but she loved her uncle Wade."

"I know she did." Wade nodded as more tears fell.

Chris wiped them away with his thumb.
"She wanted me to take care of her Uncle Wade for her."

"Well you're doing a good job so far." Wade sighed.

Chris gave a small sympathetic smile.
"She wouldnt want you to be upset Wade."
