"Mike, quit comforting me. That's the reason you might die. The comforting. The working. The crying. James. Paige. That is why you're so stressed and it all revolves around me..."

"Because you are the center of my universe, everything I do revolves around you because if your not here, if not for you....I would have been dead before finishing high school."

"Well now you're going to die unless I'm not here.." Drew frowned.

"Drew, there is no life for me if your not here."
And that was the truth.

Drew sighed.
"I love you. So much. And I'm sorry for ruining everything."

"Drew, you don't ruin anything, you make life worth living....You don't be sorry."

"But I stress you out so much... I'm going to stop. Stop whining, stop crying, everything."

"Drew baby, don't, your perfect and I love you. Dont change again."
Mike shook his head.

"Okay. I won't." He was going to anyways. He had to. Or Mike would die.

Mike gave a tired grin and laid down, and quickly fell asleep.

Drew worked on his control all night, refusing to let a tear fall. He would press on his burn to build up his pain tolerance again.

If Drew would have know that he would have been pissed as hell. He needed Drew to not hurt himself, he was hurting Mike more.

Drew sighed as the sun came up and he hadn't gotten a wink of sleep.

Mike had clocked out, he was to tired to open his eyes so he just cuddled up to Drew.

Drew smiled and kissed Mike's forehead. He looked over at the alarm clock. It was about to go off. He quickly stood and shut it off. He then found Mike's uniform. It was a bit small for him but he would manage. It was just even more skin tight which made him look sexier. He left a note telling Mike he was covering his shift for him and then left.

Mike was even more pissed when he found that note. He couldnt get his ass to that bar fast enough.
Mike got out, scowl on his face as he entered the club and stepped up to the bar.

Drew was working, fake smile on his face as if he did this every day.
He gave Mike a cheery wave.
"Sleep well baby?"

"Drew, im not going to yell but im close. Mike shoved a bag at him. "Go get into your clothes and gimme mine back, and then go home."

Drew's face fell.
"Mike please let me work today. I can't stay alone all day and think about things. I'll go insane."

"God damnit."
Mike cursed and brushed past Drew to go talk to his boss.
He today and tomorrow off if he would work the weekends.
It was a deal.

"Mike." Drew groaned. "I don't want you to work at all. That was the point of this."

"Drew, I have to work! You are hurt, you get in the damn tuck." Mike glared at Drew with angry eyes.

Drew sighed and got in the car, folding his arms.
Why couldn't Mike just let him work?

Mike stared straight ahead of him, his lips pursed as he drove home. He was pissed as hell.

Drew's expression was blank. Only somone who knew him very well could tell that he wanted to cry.
