Somewhere With You

Kevin ignored him and laid on the most uncomfortable bed in the house. He hated this, he was not in the mood to deal with this shit. Every one was against him...

Rick was serious when he said he was sleeping on the couch. He finally would have a normal family.... but now he couldn't. His baby would be affected by this too....

Kevin was not budging, he did not leave that room for anything. He had a built in bathroom connected to that room so he didnt have too. No, he didnt come out to eat, or see anyone. He stayed in his room. He cried, cried so hard he made himself sick, cried himself to sleep, and cried while he sliced his wrists.

"Kev baby, let me in please." Rick's voice splintered as he knocked on teh door.

Kevin glanced up at the door, his hand pressing down on his wrist harder.
"No...."
He made another long, jagged slash in his arm.

Rick was done. He had tried every day. He backed up and charged, breaking down the door.
He couldn't breath at what he saw.
"Kevin... wha-?" His breaths were shallow as he took in the scene in front of him.

Kevin cursed and threw the bloodied towel at him.
"GET OUT!" He bellowed, his eyes wide and frightened. He didn't need this, he did not need this.

Rick simply stood there for a moment. Then it sunk in...
"WHAT IN THE FUCK KEVIN!?" He screamed, anger filling him. "HOW... JUST WHAT THE FUCK?! WHY WOULD YOU FUCKING DO THIS?! I LOVE YOU! MIKE LOVES YOU! ALEX LOVES YOU! DAFFY LOVES YOU! DEWAYNE LOVES YOU! YOU HAVE A FUCKING BABY ON THE WAY! YOU CANNOT DO THIS FUCKING SHIT!" He screamed louder as he stepped up to Kevin. He had never been this pissed off. "YOU HAVE A LOVING FAMILY WAITING FOR YOU AND YOU'RE TOO STUBBORN TO SEE THAT! GODDAMNIT KEVIN!" Without thinking his hand raised. He swung but stopped himself just in time, barely an inch away from Kevin's face. He couldn't hit him... He turned and punched the wall, putting a hole in it.

Kevin's eyes were wide and terrified, he shook and trembled as he was yelled at and then when Rick swung at him...he felt the wind of the punch be he didnt feel it, his eyes had been clenched shut. He opened them when he heard the wall and the sound of the fist going through it.
His eyes filled with tears as he was torn between backing away and running, or seeing if his lovers hand was okay.
"R-Rick...." He stuttered, he reached out to gently take Rick's other hand in his own bleeding one.
"A-Are you okay?"

Rick snatched his hand away.
"Physically I'm fine." He grumbled, shaking off the pain. "I... can't believe you." He looked at him with hurt eyes, trying to calm down. "How...?"

Kevin flinched and looked down.
"Rick....."
He was sorry, but sorry didnt cut it and he knew that...

"I'm trying the hardest I fucking can!" Rick exclaimed, voice cracking as tears finally fell. "I'm trying to be a good boyfriend! But this family is so fucked up! I'm trying to deal with it! I know I haven't done a good job but am I really worth nothing!? I don't mean enough, I'm not good enough to stop you from cutting your fucking wrists?!" Rick cried.

Kevin stood up and gently wrapped his arms around Rick.
"Shhhh, Rick baby please. You mean everything to me..." He sobbed as he blood soaked into the back of Rick's shirt. "Please dont cry baby!"

"And yet your life is still so horrible you need to slit your wrists?" Rick shook his head, ignoring Kevin's arms around him. "I'm not fucking crying." He growled although you could see the tears streaming down his face.

"Rick baby....stop that. I have been cutting since daddy told me he was glad I was never born, im used to it. Its how I deal with pain...." Kevin kissed the tears away.

Rick only pushed him away.
"Kevin, you realize that's the same night you met me?" Rick laughed bitterly and shook his head. "Glad to see all my efforts have paid off!" He stormed out of the room and down the stairs. Mike and Alex were on teh couch.

Kevin took one step to go after him and his knees have out. He had been to caught up to realize he needed to stop the bleeding. He was bleeding profusely but that was not what stopped him. Rick Jr kicked, and the stab of pure pain brought him to his knees.

"Tell Kevin I'll be back. No need to slit his wrists again!" Rick snarled at Mike and Alex and stormed out of the house.

Mike was up the stairs in a heart beat.
He laid eyes on his baby.
Bloody, and crying, his face scrunched up in agony.
Mike cursed and knelt down beside him, taking him in his arms.
"ALEX!"
He needed his...fiance.

Alex scrambled upstairs.
"My baby..." He gasped as he knelt beside Mike and Kevin.

Mike was freaking out.
Kevin curled into a ball in his mothers lap and sobbed as he was kicked again.
"I-I want Rick!" He cried, his lithe body shaking, his chest racked with the powerful sobs. "M-Make it stop! R-Rick!"

"I'll go find him!" Alex ran off, scared shitless.

Mike didn't know what was wrong until Kevin took his hand and pressed it to his belly, letting him feel as the baby kicked.
He instantly knew. He had been though it before. He rocked Kevin back and forth, his own tears mingling with Kevin's blood.
'"I-I WANT RICK!!!!!!!"

Alex ran and searched for Rick. About twenty minutes later he ran into Daffy's house and found Rick sitting on the couch with his brother.
Alex gave an odd look, wondering why Chris was there but he grabbed Rick's wrist and pulled him to the house without a word.
"Kevin needs you."
"In case you haven't noticed I don't give a shit at the moment."
"The baby i sfucking kicking!" That was all it took and Rick was running back to the house.

Mike just felt the pain with Kevin, he just....it was like....His baby was in pain so Mike was in pain too.
"M-Momma im s-sorry." Kevin cried.
"Shhhh baby its okay."
"N-No! Im sorry, I was w-wrong. I love you and I love d-daddy and I love R-Rick." Mike hated hearing Kevin sob, hear his baby break down.
"Its fine sweet baby, we love you too."
"A-Are you s-sure? R-Rick is m-mad and daddy....G-God I was so b-bad!"
Mike continued to coo sweetly to his son, trying to comfort him but it did little good. All Kevin could do was cry for Rick.
Mike had already bandaged his wrists, he had done everything he could but he wasn't Rick and only Rick could help this.
