Somewhere With You

"Baby nevermind. You need to go lay down. I'll come with you." Rick wheeled him over to the bed.

"Nah....We can go visit for a little while. I think you will like your brother in law, he is cool....Go get to know him. Im fine I can come too."

"You look sick babe. Don't lie to me. I'm fine lying down with you. I don't particularly want to see Higgy much anyways." He frowned.

Kevin folded his arm on side of the chair and rested his head on them.
"Im fine...Just put me in bed and go visit. Im not a child..."

"Nooo you're my baby and I'm gonna lay with you." He laid Kevin in bed and plopped down beside him.

"Rick......" Kevin shook his head. "Your too good to me." He wanted to snuggled but it was hard for him to rotate and move with just his arms.

"No I'm not. I don't deserve someone as wonderful as you..." He smiled.

"Rick, believe me. Your way to good to me. Im the only one in the house with someone so perfect...do good to me." Kevin smiled.

"Naww that's sweet Kev. But I have someone so perfect too. I got you baby."

"Yeah but Im not as good as momma or Biddy could me. Im the sickly weak one. Im the cripple of the house."
But he was also the mother of Rick's baby.

"Baby it's my fault you're DISABLED." He stuck his tongue out. "I got your pregnant."

"Yeah and im the only one who would be like this. Momma had had several babies and he is fine. I think Biddy could have one and be fine. I can't..."

"Baby it's not your fault... you can't help it." Rick sighed.

"No..your right I can't. But you could have , you could have stayed with Sydney. She is health and very pretty. She would have had your babies..."
But no, Rick chose him and Kevin would not let him go.
He was just feeling depressed...

"Baby I couldn't have had babies with Syd. She didn't want anymore kids... she could've had mine. She didn't want to. She got an abortion baby." Rick sighed, kissing Kevin's cheek.

Kevin stopped and looked at him.
"Do what...?"
Their was not way Sydney had done that to him...

"Baby I don't think I ever told you that. I got Syd pregnant too. She got an abortion..." Rick sighed. That was possibly one of the worst 100 days of his life... only after all of the about 90 Kevin had been unconscious.

Kevin shook his head before reaching out and pulling Rick to his chest.
"Then she is fucking stupid." He shook his head. "If you would have had a kid you would not have let me come into the picture. If you had a kid she would still have you. But that aside.....I love you....I wanted to have your babies and im still going to have your babies. Right now im sick. Ill get better, I might not walk anymore but ill be okay. Imma give you more than one baby to make up for her stupid ass...."
He was seething.

"Baby NO. I refuse to let you go through all this again. What she did... yeah it hurt. I begged her to keep the thing. But like I said to you before you had the baby, I didn't want you to have it if you didn't want it.." He sighed, kissing Kevin sweetly.

"Rick....I wanted that baby and I still want more babies. Im not scared anymore....ok I will be scared but I have been there and done that. Im okay with this now. Me and you and going to be better than momma and daddy. We will NOT fight like them. And you had better not cheat on me. I can honestly say I wont ever cheat on you, I can't. And I don't want you to leave me either. Imma give you a big family. All you gotta do it love me in return." Kevin held him tightly.

"Baby I'll never cheat on or leave you. But I really don't want anymore babies. WE can... adopt if you want I just don't want you having anymore. I can't go through that again." He frowned slightly.

"Okay...."
He tried t hide the hurt. He knew he was gone for months but....He always wanted kids....and now Rick didnt...because of him and his problems.

"Baby... it was hell without you for those three months... I-I can't do that again baby."

"Rick....I-I want more kids.....I dont know what to do...."
Damn him. Why did he have to be the unhealthy one? The sickly one.

"Baby I...." Rick sighed... he couldn't stop Kevin from having another kid...
