"Thats fine with me if its fine with Chris." Dustin looked at his lover .

"That's fine. Anything to help my baby." Chris nodded firmly.
"Alright then, Dewayne what do ya say? You up for it?"

"Sure."
Not like he wanted therapy but okay, whatever they wanted.

"Trust me, I won't be one of those lame, boring stuffy old therapists. It won't be too bad." He grinned at Dewayne as he whispered this to him.

Dewayne smiled back.
"We'll see about that then wont we Mr. Neilson."
He looked at his father.
"And when do you wanna do the surgery?"

"You guys give me a time and I'll be ready." David nodded.

Dustin pipped up.
"As soon as you can do it I want it done."

"In that case, I can go get my equipment and start right away." David said.

Dustin nodded.
"Does he need to go with you?" He was worried for his baby boy.

"Well he can come with, it'd probably be easier. I wouldn't have to lug everything over here. But I can do it here if you'd rather."

Dewayne stood.
"Lets just go with him."
Dustin took Chris's hand.

David nodded and took Dewayne's hand, making sure Chris and Dustin were following before leading Dewayne to his own house.

Dewayne's hand was clammy, he was actually scared but it was for his mom....Not like his mom cared enough to notice.

David noticed this. He caressed the back of Dewayne's hand with his thumb.
"Hey, it'll be alright. I won't hurt you. I promise."

The small caressing soothed the boy as he sighed lightly.
"You are going to cut me open..."

"Yes but I'll numb you first. It'll be fine Dewayne. Trust me." David said

"Im trying too, Im just a bit skidish...I have never really been to a doctor besides my momma." He sighed.

"Well I'll take good care of you. It'll be okay." David smiled soflty.

Dewayne sqeezed his hand, chewing his lip as they walked.
"So....If you don't mind me asking, how did you die?"

"Well it's not a pretty story but I don't mind sharing." David shrugged. "I was on the way home from the hospital one night, some guys stopped me. A gang or something. Jumped me for being gay. I was bleeding pretty bad. They hid me away from the town, in this forest outside of town. No one found me til I was already dead. Was only twenty two." He nodded, eyes glazing over as they usually did when he talked about this. But he quickly shrugged it off. It didn't bother him much anymore.

Dewayne frowned, his hand holding onto Davids tightly.
"Well thats fucked up, its shit like that that sometimes make it seem like a giving to have died so young. Mother fucker." Dewayne grumbled.

"You're sorta cute when pissed but really don't worry bout it." David chuckled, ruffling Dewayne's hair. "I still got some scars but other than that I act like it never happened."

"Okay first off, im not cute im sexy, secondly not the hair." He stuck out his tongue at the man.
He didnt like hearing about the scars...

David ruffled it again as they arrived at his house. "I'll touch the hair all I want." He winked as he unlocked the door and let them all inside.

"And what do you think gives you the right to do that?" Dewayne rose a brow, fixing his hair.
