Undesired

"Alright hun. My offer stands." He smiled softly, nodding. "Well your step mom and dad went home too."

"I don't care where they went." He stood up and stretched before going to get his clothes.

David frowned slightly.
"Well good luck with all that. I hope everything turns out all right. Oh! And I'm still your therapist. Come over tomorrow for your next session." He winked and walked off.

"Whatever you say David."
He kinda felt rejected but he was too proud to let it show.

David sighed.
He felt bad for being so.. rude to Dewayne. He really did like the kid but....

The door gave sift click as it shut. He didnt really wanna go right now. He got a bit away and laid down in the grass.

David had been watching him walk away from the window. He felt like a bit of a creeper... but he saw him lie down in the grass. He walked outside and sat down beside him silently.

Dewayne looked up.
"Sorry, want me farther away?" He went to stand up.

"No Dewayne. I just saw you and I figured I'd come keep you company."

"Oh." He plopped back down in the grass, the sun warming his face as the wind blew by.

"So why don't you want to go home hun?" He asked curiously.

"I just dont.....I dont wanna be with my step mom and my momma husband hates me..."

"You can stay with me a bit, or I can call your momma over and we can talk about where you can stay."

"Sure....."
It was not his responsibility to do that though...

"Well which one? Wanna stay here or want me to call your mom?"

"Im not your problemm to take care of. Ill just go call momma...." He sighed as he stood up.

David frowned slightly.
"I'm not saying you gotta stay here but I really don't mind." He pulled out his phone and called Mike. He had the number saved from earlier. But it wasn't Mike who answered. It was Alex. He was still holding his bawling lover.
"It's David."
"Um, who?"
"Oh, well can I speak with Mike."
"Oh..."
"Yes, of course. I'll call back."
He hung up

Dewayne looked at him with a frown.
"Whats going on?"

"Your mom isn't doing well apparently. Someone else answered I don't know who. But he said Mike couldn't talk right now."

Dewayne's frown deepened.
"Im going over there."
He would beat someones ass over his momma.

"Well just in case something bad is happening...I'm coming with. The man sounded nice enough but it could've been anyone. He didn't say a name and I dont' want you hurt." He stood.

"Oh goodie, here he goes acting all sweet again." Dewayne thought as he walked over to his mothers.

David wasn't trying to give him mixed signals but he knew he was. He sighed as he followed Dewayne to the house.

Dewayne slammed his fist down on the door, a dark look in his eyes.

Alex opened it a moment later, holding Mike to his chest.
"Yeah?" He'd been trying to be more polite lately to Dewayne. And that was polite for him.
