He Will Be Loved

Blake plopped down on the barstool, glancing up at the stage where a few teens around his age were setting up their instruments.
"What'll it be kid?" The bartender asked him.
He was only seventeen and yet he was a recovering alcoholic. Luckily they never checked for ID around these parts. This club wasn't as sleazy as some of the others though.
"Water." He said, grin staying in place although he'd rather have a beer.
The man returned moments later with a glass of water.
Blake thanked him before turning back to the stage.

Meanwhile, Zac, Chrissy and Frankie had everything set up on stage. Only thing missing was Biddy. Zac groaned as he popped his head into Biddy's dressing room.
"Uncle Biddy, I know I gotta respect you or some shit cause your my uncle but get your ass on stage."

Biddy rolled his eyes, taking one last glance in the mirror of his swollen black eye and split lip.
"Comin..." He picked up his bass guitar and left the room. He put on one of his famous grins as he stepped onto the stage and greeted the rest of the band.

Blake leaned back, elbow on the bar, chin in his hands as he watched. The bassist had immediately caught his eyes.
Zac repeated what he was singing first to the rest of the band so someoen didnt play the wrong notes and then began singing.

Biddy was nothing but smiles, he loved playing his guitar, it was one of the only times he got away from Higgy and his bipolar ass.

Zac would occasionally smirk back at his uncle as he danced around the stage. This was one of the few times he WAS smiling and didn't feel all shy. He loved seeing his uncle when he wasn't getting the shit beat out of him...
"Go away now, let me go,
Are you stupid? Or just a little slow?
Go away now I've made myself clear,
Nah it's not gonna happen,
Not in a a million years!" Zac sang.

Blake smirked. Sure the lead singer looked alright but his eyes were glued to the bassist. Plus the singer looked a bit young for him... and then there was the fact that a rather large man sitting near the front looked as if he would kill anyone who tried to flirt with the singer.
So Blake simply watched, enjoying the music.

Biddy was long in the music, laughing as Frankie did all his drum tricks. Yes, Biddy was happy and he would be until Higgy came t get him. He hated that time, usually he was pissed off or some shit and always beating his ass. It just got worse and worse.

Zac grinned as he finished their set of songs. He handed over the mic to Chrissy for her one song and then they were done for the night.
"Hey, dude's been staring at you all night." Zac smirked at his uncle, jerking his head to Blake.

Biddy shrugged.
"Unless he wants me killed he will look away and pretend im not here." He muttered as he gently touched his swollen eye.

Zac sighed.
"Dad will KILL me if I let you pass up a chance to flirt. Gooo." Zac nudged him towards the bar.

"Zac Don't..."
Higgy would be here any minute....
He was trembling slightly.

"Eh, nevermind I don't think I have to." Zac grinned as Blake stood and made his way over to them.

Biddy cursed and turned, pretending not to notice him as he scurried away.

"Wow, I do something?" Blake smirked at Zac as he followed Biddy with his eyes.
"Not really.... one moment." Zac apologized before running after Biddy. "Goooo, non abusive possible date waiting for you." He tugged at Biddy's arm.

"No, the abusive boyfriend will fucking murder me! Im not kidding." He he jerked away.

"I'll stand by the door Biddy. When he comes I'll get you just go talk pleaseee." He got down on his knees, ignoring stares. "PLEASEEEEEEEEE."

"No, now stop it Zac, please/" He shook his head as he looked around with wide multi colored eyes.

Blake had quietly crept up behind them. He chuckled softly.
"Am I really that bad?" He asked, still smiling, thick British accent coming through clearly.

Biddy turned to look at him, his smile still in place.
"No, im just being an idiot." He winked even though he was so nervous.

Blake nodded.
"Well then, would the idiot like to dance?" He asked, smirking.

Biddy sighed, he knew he was going to pay for this but....What's a horrible beating compared to five minutes of a happiness?
"Yeah, As long as you dont mind the idiot stepping on your toes."

"Not at all." Blake chuckled as he extended a hand to Biddy and led him to the dance floor.
Zac did a tiny victory dance.

Biddy grinned widely, a hand in Blake's and the other on his shoulder.
"So...You are?"

"Names Blake." He nodded. "You are?"
He looked up at the stage just as Zac was asking the DJ to play something slower. Blake chuckled as the DJ did as asked and a slow song came on.
He smiled as he slowly placed a hand on Biddy's hip, leaving time for him to protest.

Biddy's smile simply grew.
"Im Biddy." His green and blue eyes looked the man over.

"Nice name...." He paused as he took Biddy in as well. "Very unique, just like you..." The eyes, the gorgeous, yet somehow different smile... the odd yet cute name. He certainly was unique. He placed the other hand on his other hip as he began swaying them to the music.
