Undesired

Dewayne shook his head, burying his face in David's chest and sobbing.

Chris was there on moments. Dustin didn't like him going out in the hail like this but his baby needed him. He had borrowed one of Kevin's wheelchairs

Dustin was against it. He refused to let him go alone out there so half way there he stopped Chris and handed him the child he had been protecting, He curled them up and ran with them, making sure his new born didnt get touched by and rain or hail, same with Chris but the damage had been done.

David opened the door immediately when they arrived. By now the child was bawling. Chris and Dustin were both soaked. But all Chris cared about right now was getting to Dewayne.

Dewayne sniffled, picking his head up and looking at his family with tear filled eyes.
"M-Momma...."

"Baby I'm here. Right here." He'd never seen Dewayne cry so much. He crawled onto the bed and held him, being sure not to touch his stomach.

Dewayne wrapped himself around his mother.
"I-Im so s-sorry momma! I-I missed you a-and I-Im j-just sorry!" He cried into Chris's chest.

Chris was crying himself now. Of joy. His baby was back. His baby was calling him momma for the first time. He wasn't mom or mother he was momma and that made all the difference to him.
"Honey its okay. Shhhhh."

"N-Not its n-not! I-I shouldnt have d-done that. I-I am so sorry m-momma. I-I love you and I-I was just u-upset and-and..." Momma was a word Dewayne used to show love to his mother. It had been Mike's word because Mike was his real mother and he loved him but...Mike was not the one he wanted most of the time when he had upset. Mike was not who he had missed like crazy for day's. Mike was not the one holding him right now...

"Oh baby I love you too. It's okay...."
Deep down it wasn't... But it was right now. He just wanted his baby.

Dewayne cried into Chris's neck.
"I-I want my momma." It was all he could say, he wanted Chris, he needed Chris, Chris was his momma...

Chris continued holding him but he sighed, looking up at David.
"Please. Call..."
David gave him a sympathetic smile but nodded.
They all knew Mike was momma... Chris should've known it was only a matter of time before he wasn't good enough anymore...

Dewayne looked up at them, shaking his head furiously.
"Y-You dont need to c-call anyone! Wh-Who in the hell are y-you calling?"
Dewayne clutched onto Chris tightly.
"Momma....Momma...My Momma....My real Momma...."
Mike gave birth to him...
But Chris was his real momma.

Chris blinked, confused.
"Baby... you don't want Mike?" He asked softly, holding his son tighter.
David put the phone down.

Dewayne shook his head.
"No, no, no, no, I want my momma. I want you....Your my momma, my real momma." He cried, sobbing hard.

Chris let out a sob of his own as he held Dewayne closer.
"MY baby!"

Dewayne nodded.
"Yours....Yours...."
He hiccuped lightly as he cuddled close to his mother.

Chris cried harder as he held Dewayne as close as possible.
"Shhhh, baby. Mommas here."

Dewayne nodded, trying t stop crying.
"I love you, i-im so sorry momma."

"Its okay baby boy, I love you." He cooed, stroking Dewayne's hair.

Dewayne shook his head, holding onto Chris tightly.
Everything that had hurt him, everything he was trying to hold back came out.

David wanted to help so badly but he decided to let them have a moment together. He walked over to Dustin and looked up questioningly asking if he could hold the child. Maybe he could calm it. It was still bawling.

Dustin handed him the baby as Dewayne continued to cry. Everything was killing him, his momma and the fact that David said he was disappointed in him and he sickened him...

David held the baby and walked off, getting him a warmer blanket, cooing softly to him. God he wanted a child of his own....
Chris held Dewayne as tight as possible, crying into his baby's hair.

"M-Momma...A-Am I a disappointment to y-you and d-daddy?" Dewayne hiccuped as he looked at his momma.
