Undesired

"Oh god no baby! Why would you think that?" Chris gasped, kissing his cheek.

"D-David is....and I-I have been so wrong to you...I-I just thought...." He chewed his lip.

"Baby I was wrong too... and youre not a disappointment at all. What the fuck did David say to you?"

"I-I deserved it momma, d-dont say anything too him, I dont wanna be whinging or anything i-it was just....H-He was just being honest..."

"You tell me what did he say? NO ONE makes my baby feel bad about himself thismuch." He frowned.

"A-After I l-left you...O-Oh momma im sorry. I-I couldnt take seeing you in p-pain so I acted mad a-and I left. H-He said he was d-disappointed in m-me for it a-and then he asked i-if I-I felt bad and I-I said no...I-I couldnt say y-yes, then he would know i-i wasnt mad...H-He said I-I sickened him and I-I love him and im just sorry...."

Chris glared at the door.
"DAVID!" He exclaimed. David was up the stairs in seconds. Chris took his baby and handed him to Dustin before promptly slapping David across the face.
David blinked, rubbing the red handprint before nodding at Chris.
"I'm sorry." He knew what that had been for and he deserved it.

Dewayne sobbed and took his mothers arm.
"M-Momma no! D-Dont do that! I-I deserved that...I-I was being an ass....I-Im sorry!" He cried as he tugged on his momma's arm.

"Baby its okay. And he did deserve it, not you." Chris frowned.
David sighed and knelt beside Dewayne.
"Baby, your moms right, I did deserve it. I'm sorry for what I said." He pecked Dewayne's lips.

Dewayne pulled David too him with one arm and the other one he pulled Chris back.

"Shhhh baby don't cry. It's okay. You got me, your momma and your dad is there too..." David cooed, pressing his lips to Dewayne's temple.

Dewayne nodded, snuggling close.
"M-Momma, im sorry about b-bringing you out in a-all this..."

"It's fine sweetness, I'm just glad to have you back." Chris sighed.
David stood, pecking Dewayne's forehead.
"I have to go for a minute. I'll be right back baby..."

Dewayne sniffled nodding as he buried his face back into his mothers chest.
"I-I love you and im yours and....M-Mike had me, gave birth but I have one momma and thats you..."

"Oh baby...." Chris smiled with a small sob of joy.
David quietly exited the room. Dewayne was stil in his jacket so he went out in the hailstorm without anything on but his t-shirt and jeans. He began looking around for the promise ring he had thrown eariler. It took him about an hour out there, hail pounding down on him, bruising every inch of his body but he found it and still managed a smile when he did.

Dewayne grinned at his mother, kissing his cheek.
"I-I missed you so much..."

"I missed you too sweety. So much... would you like to say hi to your baby brother or not?" He asked tentatively.
David walked back into the room, soaked.

Dewayne fidgeted nervously, looking at the baby in Dustin's arms.
"I dunno if I should...I-Im all wet and i-im sick and I dont wanna hurt him..." He looked at David with wide eyes.
"B-Baby your soaked!"

"Well will he upset you? I know you didn't like me being pregnant..." Chris asked, gesturing for Dustin to come over.
David nodded.
"I was outside."

Dewayne seemed uncomfortable.
"M-Momma I dont know if im ready yet...I-I will though...j-just give me a minute..." Dewayne opened his arms. "C'mere before you get sick."

"Lemme go dry off." He pecked Dewayne's cheek, shaking his hair like a wet dog before jogging off to the bathroom.
Chris sighed but nodded. He wanted Dustin but Dustin was holding the child.

Dustin knew though, he knew his fiance. Dustin placed a hand on Dewayne shoulder.
"You hold your baby brother...."
Dewayne didnt want to, he had just stopped crying. When the baby was sat in his arms he started crying again. Dustin sat and took Chris in his arms.

"Honey..." Chris frowned at him. "He don't want to... don't make him."
Don't make him leave me again...

"Chris he needs to get used to it, that is his baby brother."
It burned him though...Why couldnt he really be Chris's baby?

"And he will eventually... well I hope he will but..." He sighed.
David popped out of the bathroom, shirtless, a towel around his waist, his chest and the visible part of his legs were covered in hail sized bruises. He held a camera.
"Say cheese!" He winked, snapping a picture of the family. The baby was the only one really smiling.
