I Will Not Say Goodbye

"Like what huh? What do you think you could have done." Mike glared at him, as pissed as could be.

"I could have gone after you," Jeff said.

"No, Jeff...You had to take care of your daughter." Mike glared at him accusingly.

"She wouldn't have anything to do with me anymore after you left!" Jeff glared at Mike. "She wanted you and I couldn't do anything about it!"

"Jeffery that baby loved you!" Mike got in Jeff's face. "And so did your brother!"

"She wouldn't come to me after you died Mike, I had to get Matt to take her to the hospital when she got sick cause she wouldn't come near me," Jeff started to break down.

"Jeff.....she loved you.' Mike reasoned, pulling his lover into a hug.

"But she loved you more," Jeff mumbled into Mike's neck, holding him tightly.

"No, Jeff..baby I think she was just upset. Maybe she thought it was her fault and if she got close to you, you would leave her too." Mike reasoned, trying to sooth his lover even though his was still mad.

"After a year Mike?" Jeff sniffled. "She hated me, she blamed me for you going away!"

"No....not my Hailey...she don't hate no one." Mike sighed. "Especially not her daddy."

"She said it herself Mike," Jeff sighed. He qouted Hailey's words. "You makeded him go away, he promised me he wouldn't go bu you makeded him......."

"Oh, baby." Mike cooed, holding Jeff tightly. "Its not your fault baby."

Jeff held onto Mike as tightly as he could. "It feels so good to hold you again," Jeff whispered.

"I know baby." Mike whispered, kissed Jeff's cheek. "Did you not ever find another lover baby? I wanted you to be happy."

"I didn't want anyone else baby," Jeff said. "I love you, you and only you."

"But Jeff, if you have found someone maybe it wouldn't have led to this." Mike looked at Jeff sadly.

"I told you before Mike, I could never love anyone else now that I love you," Jeff said.

"Mmmmmm but Jeff, look at where your love for me has gotten you.

"It's gotten me back in your arms Mike, that's all that matters to me," Jeff drawled.

Mike sighed. "I guess it can't be helped then can it?" As mad as Mike was he was so happy to be able to hold Jeff again.

"Nope," Jeff said. "Not unless you can rewind time and not walk out of the house."

"Your stuck with me forever Jeff." Mike kissed Jeff sweetly.

Jeff smiled and kissed Mike in return. "I think I like the sound of that," Jeff said.

Mike took Jeff hand and led him to Heaven.
