An example of how I write Raven: Raven's a dick. He's a smug dick. He can be a sarcastic dick. But a lot of the time, in addition to being a real dick, deep down he wants something he doesn't think he can have half the time. He wouldn't mind having a lover, he wouldn't mind having a family. Part of him thinks he could do it well, better than his own parents did with him- which was nothing but emotional abuse.

However that person has to be someone he views as NOT weak, and not someone he can control. Jeff Jarrett's too stubborn, and he thinks of Shawn as completely untouchable for an example.
