Mistakes

"What? Me? No." Alex chuckled sarcastically. "I really wasn't though Mike. I do love you. All six feet, two hundred twenty pounds of ya." Alex smiled, kissing Mike's forehead.

"That wasn't nice Riley, keep it up and imma be back at Mizanin before you know it." He stuck his tongue out.

Alex's smile faded.
"That's not funny." He pouted, jabbing Mike in the ribs gently.

"Well, that wasn't nice, one of these days your going to go too far." Mike was only joke, he would never leave Alex, no matter what.

Alex turned his head and crossed his arms. He was afraid of screwing up and losing Mike one day.

Mike watched Alex out of the corner of his eye, Alex was probably just trying to make him feel bad so he would do it.

When Mike didn't apologize Alex got even more worried. Did he really mean that?

Mike was starting to wonder if that was Alex's plan, usually he would have tried another thing.

Alex stood and walked inside, locking himself in their bed room.

Now Mike was thinking maybe he was wrong. Mike went inside after his husband and knocked on the door. "Alex baby, open up. Whats wrong?"

"Nothing." Alex murmured, grinding his teeth together as he punched the wall to keep from crying. He tried to turn his sadness into anger but it wasn't working.

"Alex baby, let me in. Did I do something wrong? Baby was it something I said?" Mike asked, he didn't like when Alex was upset.

"I'm already afraid of losing you!" Alex cried. So much for the whole no crying thing.

Mike flinched before he started banging on the door. "Alex Riley, open this door. Whats the matter with you? Baby talk to me." Mike couldn't have Alex in there crying by himself.

Alex unlocked the door but hid his face in the pillow before Mike walked in.

Mike was at Alex's side as fast as possible. "Alex Baby whats wrong." Mike pulled Alex into his arms. "Tell me what I did wrong? Why are you upset?" Mike asked as he held into his lover tightly.

"That wasn't f-funny. Don't joke like th-that." Alex sobbed into Mike's chest.

"Alex shhhhhhhhhhh, baby what did I say? Im sure I didn't mean it whatever it was, I was only joking out there, what did I say that was so bad?" Mike asked, pissed with himself for whatever he had done to upset his lover.

"You said I was gonna go too far one day and you'd be Mike M-mizanin again."

Mike paused, and held Alex closer. "Alex, I was playing with you. I love my name, I dont want to change it back." Mike kissed the top of Alex's head.

"That's pretty much my w-worst fear. I don't deserve you and I'm afraid one day you'll r-realize that."

"Alex baby, you deserve me. There is nothing in this world that is too good for you, me included. And I would never walk out on you, I love you so much. I can't live without my Alex." Mike kissed Alex's cheek.

Alex simply cried harder, clutching handfuls of Mike's shirt tightly.

"Alex baby, calm down. Im right here and im not going anywhere. You know I love you. " Mike hugged Alex tighter. "Your my whole world and I love my name, especially because its your name to, we share it."

"A-all I do is cry and yell and fight with you. I'm a h-horrible husband." Alex sobbed.
