What Next?

"It's okay Mike. I deserved it." Zack nodded.

"Zack." Mike said sharply. "You did not deserve that. No one deserves that." He voice cracked but he still continued firmly. "You did and you have never done, anything wrong. I was being an ass. I didn't mean to hurt you......"

"Mike it's fine. It didn't hurt too bad... And I was being rude. I was arguing with you, a bitch shouldn't do that. I did deserve it."

Mike shook his head.
"You were my bitch because thats all I knew. You were never really a bitch...Your my lover, I have to respect that. You had you right to argue, and you were right....I cry.....I don't like it, it hurts but I do cry." Mike sighed, his cheek was throbbing.

"I'm still sorry." Zack murmured softly.

"Zack....baby...you didn't do anything." Mike sighed as he squeezed Zack's hand.

"Well I feel like i did." Zack frowned.

"Zack...." Mike sighed and became quiet. He gently tugged his hand away and curled up in the covers.

Zack frowned but didn't take his hand again. He simply pouted.

A nurse came in with an IV for Mike. She gaped at the ugly, angry, colorful bruise that marred Mike's sweet face. Mike might be twisted but he still looked like the sweet heart he should and would be if it hadn't been for his childhood. He gently took up Mike's hand and tried to put the IV in but she missed at least five times. Mike wrist was bleeding now. She couldn't find his vein.

Zack wanted to punch the damn nurse. This was her job. Shouldn't she be able to find his fucking vein?

"Sir, you have small veins. Im so sorry...." She took out a longer needle but still missed the vein and just poked Mike.
"Ow...." He whined, he was about to be pissed. He might not whine but it fucking hurt when she jabbed the same spot with that needle ten fucking times.

Zack grabbed her wrist gently.
"Please. Stop for a moment." He could tell Mike was getting angry.

She stopped and took a deep breath.
"Im so sorry but I have to do this and he has such small veins...."

"I'm aware. But you're going to upset him. Just hold on, give him a moment to cool off."

Mike cracked one eyes open to glare at the nurse as he lifted his hand to Zack. He wanted Zack to make it better, one or three times was okay but this was ridiculous.

Zack would have clocked the nurse by now but he was trying to work on his hitting girls issue.
He wiped the blood away softly and kissed Mike's wrist. He placed small kisses all around his hand and wrist and then laid Mike's arm down.

"This is your last try lady." Mike growled, his eyes open and narrowed. The nurse sighed, she got out a much longer needle, she just had to get this cap needle in and they would be set but she one again missed and since Mike had scared her, her hand slipped and the needle when through his wrist.
Mike let out a small pained noise as he jerked his hand to try and get the needle out.
"Oh my God." My nurse panicked and went to get a doctor. Mike was going to have a fucking fit.

"I'm going to fucking kill that bitch." When the doctor came he glared. "Sir, next time can you give us a nurse who, oh i dunno, can do her job!?"

Mike clutched his wrist to his hand, he couldn't pull the needle out, he didn't know if it would hurt anything. The doctor took Mike's hand and quickly yanked the needle out.
"We can no longer use your wrist." He informed as he examined the damage his new nurse had done.

"Oh gee wonder why." Zack rolled his eyes.

The doctor pulled out a different needle and examined Mike's other arm.
"For a man you have very petite veins...." Mike ignored him and watched quietly as he quickly eased the needle through his skin, took it off and taped it there before getting the needle for the IV and sticking it into the on he had already done.
"Your jaw isn't strong enough to chew much right now so you need an IV."

Was that really so fucking hard? Couldn't the damn doctor just do it in the first place? He was fucking pissed.

Mike quietly thanked him before groaning.
"My wrist stings." He frowned and examined it, it was red and puffy.
"I hate that bitch."

"Trust me. So do I." Zack's eyes were narrowed. "If they send her back in I'm demanding a new nurse."
