What Next?

"You want me to warm you like in the hospital?" Zack asked tentatively.

Mike was hesitant. He didn't know if he wanted that just yet.
"If I get to cold, then yes. But right now im only freezing. When im freezing to death, then come and warm me." Mike snuggled up in his blankets and continued to shiver.

Zack sighed but nodded. He slowly walked over to his bed.
His lonely, empty bed.

As hours passed Mike got colder. His teeth chattered and he was curled into a ball. Mike was by now, freezing to death, as he put it.

Zack couldn't sleep as he watched his boyfriend shiver.
His phone vibrated with a new text. Rosa.
"Whatcha doin?"
"Not sleeping anymore thanks to you."
"Still laying by yourself?"
".... Yeah..."
"I always let you sleep with me...."
"Rose, not the time."
"Right, sorry."
"I'm going to bed now."
"Kay, nite loves ya "
Zack sighed and put his phone down.

Mike whimpered in his sleep as he bit his tongue while his teeth chattered.
"Zack.....Im cold...." He sighed. "Baby come and kiss me."

Zack was immediately by his side. He leaned down and kissed his boyfriend sweetly.

Mike smiled and pulled Zack down onto the bed with him. He was cold, he simply snuggled up to his lover. He was not the girl, but he was the one who had to be warm. He was slowly getting accustom to having Zack in his arms every night.

Zack smiled as he nuzzled Mike's neck. He knew Mike was not a person who enjoyed cuddling so he was happy that Mike wanted to hold him like this.

Mike pushed Zack so his back was to Mike's chest. Mike wrapped an arm around his waist and hiked his leg over Zack's. He kissed the back of his lovers neck.

Zack gave a goofy grin. He loved this. When Mike got all sweet like this. The feel of Mike's lips on his neck still caused him to shudder. He turned around just enough to peck Mike's lips, then he settled back in place.

He nuzzled the back of Zack's neck.
"I may or may not sleep like this. I dunno....."

"You should. It's comfortable." Zack murmured, eyes sliding shut.

He had problems laying with someone else like this. When he was in the hospital he needed it, he was not thinking as clear. Now it went back to bothering him, he thought of his uncle....

Zack sighed.
"But I'll move if you want me to..."

"No...you go to sleep baby, if I need to ill move. You just be comfortable." Mike sighed and tucked Zack's shoulder under his chin.

Zack sighed and nodded. He curled up into a large ball in Mike's arms.

Mike smirked at his lover. He wasn't so cold anymore. His eye lids were beginning to droop.

"Night baby." Zack whispered softly. Soon, he was sleeping, soft snores sounded through the room.

Mike slept good for almost four hours before being startled awake by a nightmare. He sighed and got up. He made sure Zack was covered up before kissing his cheek and switching beds. Sure he was freezing now but he couldn't sleep with someone else, not right now.

Zack immediately sensed the lack of Mike's presence. He sighed and frowned, pulling the covers tighter around him.

Mike couldn't go back to sleep. He was too cold and the night mare bothered him so he just started into the darkness of their room.

Neither could Zack. He was one who enjoyed cuddling with lovers. He found it difficult to sleep.
He groaned to himself. He just knew Rosa would start some shit about how they always cuddled.
He really hoped he could fix this over time...

Mike looked over to Zack.
"Im sorry...." He whispered into the dark. He was sorry, a normal lover would be able to cuddle and sleep with him all night. Mike couldn't.

Zack sighed and simply continued to pretend to sleep. He didn't know how to respond to that.
